 + -1 more(1) Fleet said it was the appliance store's fault, but who knows, but no one called to schedule or confirm the installation date. Luckily, I was home, but had to re-arrange my day. (2) I wish they would have told me when they installed the new ventilation hood, that part of the cupboard would need to be painted (that is, the new hood was smaller than my existing one.) I know it wasn't there job to do the painting, but they didn't even mention it to me during the process, so I saw the patch of unpainted wood only when they were leaving. (3) They were extremely helpful in getting the broiler pan out of my old oven. (After they left, I realized my new oven did not include one.). Burt was very responsive and promised I'd get it back; called to confirm, and indeed the next day, a worker had dropped off my old broiler pan at my front door. Very helpful
Description of Work: Fleet came to my house, at the scheduled time, to measure my kitchen to make sure the wall oven (gas w/ electric ignition switch) and venilation hood would fit. (The appliance store hired them directly.) Enrique and Kenny advised me that the oven I had selected would not fit, which was very helpful to avoid a problem with the special order. The next week they returned to install the 2 appliances, and take away the old. The installation job went well. They were quick and cleaned up the workspace.
