+ -1 moreSee above. But in addition, I did not have to move any furniture, leave the premises, or cover anything up. All I had to do was pick up extra stuff off the floor (like shoes, etc). Like I said above, it couldn't have been easier, and Juan couldn't have been more professional or friendly.
Description of Work: My carpet was infested with fleas most likely due to a visiting dog or my tracking fleas in from a home where there were fleas. First, upon calling, the woman who answered the phone walked me through the issue and the process. She found a date that was quite soon but I had to take a later date due to work. Juan showed up on time, very professional, friendly, got right to work. In about less than 30 minutes (I did not time it), he was done. He ran me through the guarantee (for a year!!) and what to expect. Since this is a desiccant, it will take some time, but it is less toxic than table salt. I did not want a strong pesticide. I can't believe how easy this was.

+ -1 moreWe had a major infestation of fleas, apparently brought in on shoes and clothing. Juan applied a safe powder inside and nematodes in the yard. He told us it could take 6 weeks to eliminate the pests. It actually took about 7 weeks but we are no longer trapping any. They give a full year guarantee so if any should reappear, they will re-treat. Cats are happy again and so are we.

Description of Work: They treated inside the house and outside on the lawn. Outside they covered the lawn with tiny worms that dig down inside the ground and kill the fleas. The tenant is thrilled, because their cat is no longer suffering from fleas. There is a warranty for a year. Good job!
