Description of Work: We placed an order and they provided an estimate. They had installed our system initially so they should have known what we had. But once they got here they decided that additional work had to be done and significantly increased the cost. The service person was polite but the customer service rep on the phone was rude. We like the system and the quality of water that it produces but I wouldn't deal with them again if I didn't have to, to maintain the system. I hesitated to write this review but you have bugged me so many times that I'm tired of it and am just writing this to get you out of my mail box.
