+ 0 moreHoly Moly. So bad. They installed the stairs and they were the wrong color because they had ordered them from a separate manufacturer without our knowledge. They said they were solid wood and they started to peel up THREE days after installation. Turns out they are laminate. We asked them to come back to replace them, which they agreed to A YEAR AGO. Now they are dodging mediation and I have to take them to small claims court. Sigh.
