I called Mario first thing in the morning and he came right out and advised me on what would need to be done, and though I didn't use his company because my insurance company ended up sending another crew, his promptness and assessment were the same as my insurance company. I was impressed with how fast he got there and the advice he provided.

Very impressed with the service. Discovered a leaking water pipe above the living room ceiling on a Sunday night during holiday season, 12/27. Mario and his crew were there within two hours and got the process started. Also helped get me set up with a restoration company he works with. Hard working, professional, prompt and courteous. Was willing to work with me on times available and always called ahead to let me know when he was coming. I knew exactly when he would be there. No guessing games. Very skilled and efficient which helped with the restoration work.
