+ -1 moreRICK HAS PERFORMED MANY REPAIRS (SOME SIMPLE, SOME QUITE COMPLEX) FOR ME OVER A PERIOD OF AT LEAST FIVE YEARS. HIS PRICES ARE REASONABLE, HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK, HE ARRIVES ON TIME, HE FINISHES ON TIME AND HE IS NEAT, CLEAN AND HONEST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
