Description of Work: Not good experience.

Description of Work: Called them to check out a water leak in my bathtub and reinstall the new tub. Tech seemed disinterested in the job, spent the whole time working on the leak and telling me how difficult it was, $500 later no tub. Had to call in another plumber who had to rip out all the old work as it wasnt put in properly. It stopped the water leak but was totally incompatible with any attempt to permanently fix it. Not using them again.

Description of Work: The man who came was the man the plumbing company I purchased sent. When I placed the order by phone, I was told they would return my call. When they called they told me when he would be coming and offered his name. His invoice was from EXPRESS PLUMBING. He arrived on the scheduled time appointment. I needed a plumber to replace a Water Regulator, that regulates the pressure of the water that enters the house. When he arrived he checked the amount of water pressure in the regulator that was here. He told me the water pressure was too high, which I knew. I told him I wanted to replace it. He didn't have one with him so he left to purchase one. He called about 30 minutes later to tell me he had a new regulator and wanted to come back and install it. When he returned it took him about 10 to 15 minutes to replace the regulator. When he finished he told me the total price for the regulator and installation would be $350.00. I checked and learned that the regulator retail price was less than $100.00. It shouldn't have cost more than another $100.00 to install it, which would bring the total amount up to $200.00. So, although I was satisfied with the work that the plumber did, I would never use them again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else. And because of the wide difference to what it should have cost, and what I was charged, I would grade this job as a C-D at best.
