Description of Work: Installed 3 different types of blinds in different locations in house. Excellent selection. Very good at advising the type of blind to go in each location. An A overall. B on responsiveness only because they forgot one part for one of the blinds and it took a while for the part to come in.

Description of Work: They showed up on time, gave a good selection of products and deal in Hunter Douglas blinds which are American made. I paid a little bit more than I planned, but I expect they should last a lot longer than other blinds I have purchased. The only problem I experienced was that I requested an extension handle for the blinds which are not normally part of the deal. Who knew? They promised to ship one to me free of the $35 cost of the handle and that it would arrive in 5 - 7 business days. It's been over 16 business days and I've heard nothing. Other than that I would have given them an A rating.

Description of Work: The owner, Bob Sole, showed me the models of blinds he had, how they operated, how they would mounted, how to clean them. I picked the ones I wanted, he made the measurements, and we agreed that I would be making payments to which he agreed, then two weeks later, the blinds were installed, and they are beautiful and I love them!

Description of Work: Purchased two window blinds from Express Blinds. The man was actually early and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. One blind was over my computer and printer. Mr Johnson had a pretty good reach so I didn't have to move anything.

Description of Work: The whole process went well. It took a little longer for my blinds to arrive, but overall, I'm happy, and love my new blinds. The installer (Jesus?) was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and confident, and that gave me peace of mind.

Description of Work: I paid Angies List $99 for $300 worth of vertical blinds from Express Blinds. They simply added $300 to the cost of blinds that were of FAR less quality than those I had already found at Lowe's. I have resigned from Angie's List and will warn friends of this practice.

Description of Work: I wanted replacement faux wood blinds for five windows in my front room. Bob measured those windows and gave me a quote. He also measured the rest of my windows so that I can order those when I'm ready. It was a great experience and I love my new blinds. I will use this company again.

Description of Work: Installed 5 honeycomb blinds and 2 roman shade blinds. Gary and his partner did a great job installing the blinds. Very professional and helpful. The only problem there was an error on the roman shade blinds. Originally, I had spoke to the owner Bob that I wanted the roman shades lined for privacy. But when the order was placed by someone else in the office, the roman shade blinds came in with no privacy lining. Needless to say, I had to line my windows with privacy paper. A little embarassing when you have family guests staying with you for a week and you want everything to look nice and perfect.
