Express Blinds & More

My experience was not good. They just gave me a very unrealistic, inflated price and I did not like the price. They did not charge me anything other than the $99 Big Deal. They gave an inflated price. It is a trick that a lot of business people do. They say that you get a $99 off if you got the coupon and then, they just inflate the price to make it seem like you are getting a good deal, but you are not. They scheduled the appointment so that was okay.

See above. I never received a response from this company so if I paid them I need a refund.

The installation went well. The only issue was that end caps for 1 valance were not the right length and I was told that the installation tech would be able to rehang my drapes. The tech that was sent initially did not do drapery install so that was postponed until the end caps were resized. That process took several weeks. The company however was aware of the long wait and compensated us with a giftcard for dinner. very thoughtful. Just recently, we replaced one of the sliders with a smaller French door. Express blinds is resizing the horizontal blinds for no additional fee.

One blind was not installed in the correct window & the installer very pleasantly corrected the mistake.

It went well. The owner showed up on time to measure and discuss selection and the blinds arrived on time. Installation was quick and without incident.

Owner was friendly, showed up right on time, seemed eager to close the deal. However, the price for putting simple composition blinds in 4 BR windows was just way too much, even with the Angie's discount. Decided to do it myself. I just wasted the $99, as I neglected to seek a refund in the alloted time. Oh, well--------

It took about a week for us to connect via telephone. He was pretty responsive about coming out that same week. We ended up doing a pretty large scope project. There was actually a little bit of discussion in at the end. They were trying to re-negotiate on offering the $300 for $119 because they said that they offered us a better discount. This is cash we paid and I had an email basically saying that they will take $300 off in the end. I could tell that they weren't happy about it but they ended up doing it. The installation was great. They ended up getting the wrong product which delayed things a little bit as well as the negotiation of the cost. They were lovely people and they were very sweet.

Showed up for appointment on time to measure and provide different selections and price choices. Explained differences between products very well. When blinds ordered were ready called to schedule installation. Showed up on time and installation was quick. Would definitely used again. This was a done through an Angie's List Big Deal.

Great product and exceptional installation. Installer noted blinds were a bit shorter then what they should be (from salesperson's measurement) and immediately reordered the proper length. He was back within a week to replace the shorter ones and I couldn't be more satisfied. I'll be calling them again for some new window mini-blinds.

So far very good. They are installing Sat will up date after.

as far as responsiveness, coming to home, measuring and installing - it was perfect. these windows are very small thought it was a bit overpriced, although he was willing to work with me on that.

Amazing team and excellent products. Brenda is fantastic to work with… extremely accommodating and knowledgeable! They were always prompt for every appointment and the install process was seamless.

All went well. Representatives were professional, friendly, and did fast work. The only glitch was that one blind was not included in the delivered goods. They returned and installed it.

They did a marvelous job, and within our budget. I highly recommend Express Blinds. You can't go wrong. Excellent company!

We decided to go with Express Blinds & More because of the good Angie?s List reviews. However, in our case we found out differently. After meeting with Bob (Express owner) to order our blinds we thought we made the right choice. After which their installer (who was professional & nice to talk to) came by to put up the blinds. The 1st install was perfect, but installer noticed cosmetic defects in the material due to handling in production. So he put in for a new order of that blind. When the re-order blind came in the cut or trim cut was off on one side and installer took notice and they?ll take care of it. No problem, re-order right?! Wrong. After a couple of months from this incident Express Blinds has not yet re-ordered nor attempted to fix the problem. They (Bob) have not returned or ignored my calls several times already! So, to-date Express Blinds have not resolved the problem nor stood behind their customer service after the sale. Beware! If you decide to go with them don?t pay the payment balance until after the complete install w/o defects and you are happy. Their policy says the balance is due in advance of installation which was my mistake in paying. Bad business ethics!

Fast and easy installation - very professional. Pleased with everything.

Very friendly estimator who was informative and efficient. Installation appointment was made at our convenience. The installer was friendly, went right to work and had the blinds installed within 20 minutes. Removed the old blind. No mess was left behind. Gave instructions on how to raise and lower the shade.

They came out on time. Discussed what we liked and wanted. Measured the windows. Gave us a quote right there. We gave them a down payment. The shades came in earlier than expected and were installed professionally and quickly.

It went great. Everyone was terrific, but it just didn't work out because of my specific situation. We have very skinny windows in our apartment and nothing seemed to work the way that I wanted it to.

They wanted and collected half payment before they ever ordered the material. Then they brought an incomplete order to install on 12/6/14 and demanded full payment less $100. Today is 12/16/14 and 29% of the job is still unfinished. I called them yesterday to see when they intend to finish and the receptionist told me they had to order some more materials. They should not have demanded a second payment when they knew they were short materials to complete the job. Now I wonder if I will ever see them again.

The receptionist was very friendly and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Bob, who was also very friendly and personable gave me estimates for different windows that I showed him. He gave me estimates for three different kinds of blinds, unfortunately, they were still out of my price range due to the large size of my windows.

Excellent Job, more than on time. Great from the estimate to the installation. Would use the again. Excellent Choices.

They came out for an estimate. It took about two weeks for them to give me the bid and samples. I decided to decline the bid due to their price.

Process was okay. Appointment was scheduled and rescheduled once. Not a big deal. Guy came out and gave estimate. I thought the estimate was high. We are going to get a second opinion/quote from home depot.
