Description of Work: This is the second time I used Express Blinds in my home. The blinds was made to order and fit exactly as specified. The individuals I spoke with, both in person and on the phone were pleasant and professional.

The provider was responsive and professional, and the installer was excellent. The product was more costly than I anticipated, but it is lovely and I'm sure will last for many years to come.

Description of Work: Shutters in 2 windows. The owner clearly explained all of the options and the work was done in a timely manner, with great care and excellent quality.

Description of Work: Provider provided a referral to do additional work. I called the referred business twice and never heard back. I told Express I wanted his service and never heard back from him. Go figure.

Description of Work: I have not been very happy with the whole process from the beginning with this company. First, when they came over to do the measurements on the window shades, they gave me a range of what the cost would be. Then when I finally received the cost 3 weeks later, it was significantly higher than I was told. I also feel the quote was increased above their normal pricing to take into account the $300 coupon. Additionally, my email address was given to them twice and they noted it incorrectly. They also called my wife's workplace, which they were told not to do.

Description of Work: The owner, Bob Sole, came over my house to give an estimate to us. After discussing our needs and taking measurements on the headrail, we ordered a headrail and half moon window shade. He said the headrail will be ready in 2-3 weeks and we will get a price quote for the window shade. I talked with his office manager 2-3 times. She said she will talk to him and have him contact us. Until today, 1/30/2015, we haven't heard from him. The company is not responding to our purchase. We are holding a paid certificate that had not used.

Description of Work: Express blinds brought out samples, measured windows, came back and put up custom blinds. They were fine. With the $99 dollar voucher for $300 worth of blinds it cost me about $350 out of pocket (as I recall) The cost was about right with the voucher.

Description of Work: I had 11 blinds replaced with wood blinds. They measured in one visit and hung them in the next. They did a beautiful job and the blinds make all the difference in my rooms.
