Description of Work: I was so impressed with Express Blinds!!! |Bob, the owner, was terrific when he came out to measure. (knowledgable, helpful, personable, and prompt) Gus, the installer, also did a great job! |I would definitely use this company again!

Description of Work: The provided did nothing! So before I decided to buy their big deal, I thought I would give them a call. I called and spoke to a really nice lady on the phone to set up an appointment for Bob to come out and measure our 1 window. We had set up a time a day I left work early to get home before Bob was to arrive and I waited till past 4:30pm and decided to call and find out if he was running late or not. Well the nice lady that answered the phone was not so nice once I asked if he was coming or not. She basically told me if he hadn't called earlier that day then he wasn't coming well that was never told to me upon my first phone call. She also did not let me know if he was coming today or tomorrow just basically got me off the phone. I was left dumbfounded.... Next day I called I got their Google answering service, I left a message only never to hear from this company again. I never write any reviews but I thought this would be a good one to write.

Description of Work: The owner came out with different options & choices, he measured & wrote up order for the dining room window and the bathroom window. The installation was done by another person, when the bathroom shade was installed it didn't fit the window, he remeasured & ordered a new shade. That shade was installed about 10 days later. I was satified with product & service but I would probably shop around to check other prices.

Description of Work: I got custom blinds in one bedroom and two bathrooms with this company. I would happily use them when I update rooms in the future. |The transactions went smoothly and installation went quickly. The only hiccup in both the in home consult and the installation is that they were late. Both times they called to tell me that they were running late and it wasn't an issue, but worth noting if there are time issues when scheduling.

Description of Work: I called their office to set up an appointment 3 or 4 times within a week after purchase. Got a voice mail message each time and I left messages each time requesting a call back. They never responded. Would like a refund of my $99 please. Ed Nowakoski
