They did an amazing job. Mike was quick to give us a bid after coming out to see what we wanted to do. His bid wasn't the cheapest, but it also wasn't the most expensive bid we received. The price we paid was very reasonable, and the quality of work is amazing. He was also very prompt with responses whenever we had questions. They got the job done on time and within budget. The next time we need any work done on our in-ground spa/pool, we'll definitely be calling these guys again.

Buyer beware. Everything Swimming Pools does not follow through on anything they say. Of all contractors we have ever used, this is the worst company. Good luck to you if you choose this company. 1. We recently brought a house. Our real estate agent brought this company in for the pool inspection. During the inspection they touted their business saying how good they were. We buy the house and under a time constraint to choose a pool company to keep the maintenance up at the end of summer, we make the mistake of going with this company. 2. You will be left on your own to arrange any maintenance with their pool repair person. We needed some fairly standard repairs (pump and value replacement) in addition to the weekly cleaning. You will be told by your "Account Representative" to call up their maintenance person yourself to arrange the repairs. 3. Their maintenance person will not follow through and complete the job and Everything Swimming Pools will not follow up, you willbe left to call them. 4. You will call and email and get no response 5. But wait there is more. When you do manage to get through to your "Account Representative", after you have called them mind you, they will tell you that the company is in disarray and being split up. They will also complain about their own company and advise you to go elsewhere. 6. You will give Everything Swimming Pools one more chance. You will call the company (get the idea, they will never call you). One of the remaining owners will say how they really want to keep your business and how if you could give them one more chance they will do an inspection of you pool on Monday and WILL call you back. They will also say how they understand that they have a lot of upset customers that were never called back and they will agree that there was no accountability with their company. 7. You will call on Wednesday asking why they never called you Monday (or Tuesday). They will make excuses and say they forget it was Veterans Day. But instead of saying that they made a mistake, they will rant that they forgot it was Veterans Day and that their family is more important than your business ( P.S I agree that you should be with you family on V day. Point is that after they did not show they will not even contact with explanation, you will call them and they will accuse you of not understanding their family needs??) 8. My mistake was giving them to many chances. They really cannot organize themselves; you will end up having to organize them. 9. Of all contractors we have ever used, this is the worst company. Good luck to you if you choose this company. 10. Everything Pools. I look forward to any response you have to this.
