Brendan is very knowledgeable and helped me determine prioritization of projects and timing to optimize work I was doing with another company on landscaping. His team was friendly and professional and did great work and it was completed very quickly and thoroughly. I liked particularly that Brendan is an electrician and also a general contractor, so he was able to do the electrical work directly and I was able to bundle other jobs that needed doing around this property and my Dad's place and he was able to help us get them done quickly and efficiently. I will work with Brendan again and recommend him.
Description of Work: Brendan and his team fixed electrical wiring, did exterior paint and power wash, did interior painting and completed several necessary fixes to exterior fascia and interior walls.

They were very efficient, timely, and reasonable. He coordinated the contractors to come in for me. There were many contractors, but I can say that they all showed a very good quality of work on the jobs each one of them did.
Description of Work: They coordinated a job for me to have some bathroom work done and floors resurfaced. They put down new tiling. Took out the old floor and resurfaced it.
