Enterprise Locksmith

I felt TAKEN. I was quoted $49, and after he drilled thru my lock, he said another $200 for his labor,which at that point I couldn't refuse, as the door had no lock on it then. And then another like $40 for the insert piece that he had drilled out. It took him about 2 hrs from the onset of my phone call. I prefer working with people who are honest and hard working. He was slimy.

I called to have 6 locks re-keyed. The person said I had excelleent locks. After he took the front door locks apart, he said he could not rekey the locks because the locks had a master key (?). He said he had spare locks in his truck. He replaced 4 locks on the front door. There was a security screen door and metal door on front. He said he losing money on this. My wife sign the invoice stating that he did the work. He had on the invoice that he rekeyed 6 locks, which in reality he replaced 4 locks. In addition, he never left the old locks with me. Additionally, after he replaed the locks, the security screen door non-dead bolt latch does not work correctly. I have to use the dead bolt to close the door completely. I tried several times to talk to the company's office after he left. The person answering the phone does not any business telephone manners. I was continuelly put on hold. I newer got anyone to listen to my complaint. I know there are several listings for Enterprise Locksmith in the area, I have made sure I am using the telephone number of the office I had called and on the invoice.
