The job went very well. Juan Jr and Juan Sr work well together while striving to please us as customers. Like all remodel jobs, unexpected issues arose but these two gentlemen persisted to address each of these until each of these were addressed.Juan Sr also alerted us to some potential problems in our kitchen electrical switches and made repairs. Juan Jr even painted all the bathroom walls when his estimate only included one wall. Additionally he offered us the opportunity to choose a new color, other than the original white, from the large selection of left over paint he had. This suggestion saved us over $80 in materials and helped Juan Jr to eliminate some of his excess inventory. No one does this type of service! Likewise, the crew put protective paper down on all of our laminate floor plus swept all of these each evening and carried away all debris, boxes and reinstalled our toilet paper rolls before they left! These gentlemen are real craftsmen, polite and honest. They were very sincere when they told us they take pride in their work. We are booking them next year to do our patio.
