4 yrs ago I was working at Emilias house, helping out with home improvements. In our convesation I mentioned our dissatisfaction with our realtor and how all we could find were "bad" loans. She let me know she was a realtor and loan officer and asked a few questions. She let me know about a few lesser known programs helping 1st time home buyers and told me she thought we would not have a problem qualifying for and finding a house. 3 months later we were moving into a house in the neighborhood we really wanted to be in! Her calm dimeanor and positive outlook guided us through the process effortlessly. I had never heard of the programs she qualified us for, apparently it requires extra work on the part of the realtor so most wont push them. If it was not for Emilia we would have ended up in an over priced condo with an adjustable rate loan at the top of the housing bubble. We ended up in a very managable fixed mortgage (thanks to a couple free assistance programs) and in a single family home, wow. I have to say when she said she could get this done for us I was VERY skeptical. Not so now, I recommend her to everyone I run into having problems navigating the homebuying process. I just closed escrow on a second home last week thanks to Emilia once again! It went as smooth as the first time. There was never any pressure to do anything I didnt want to do, only her advice! I would and will always utilize her services for all my realestate and mortgage needs. Oh yeah, she also speaks Bulgarian and Spanish!
