The objective of Elite Window Washing, even though we are only window cleaners, is to show the world one thing: We care. Truly caring about people. If that is a fact with any business, with any task- performance well exceed's expectations. Having empathy without skilled workmanship and expert training, without loving what you do is simply not enough. You'll never have one of our team members show up at your property that just started yesterday. Simply put: We love what we do. We love making people happy, making people smile. Details: Window cleaning services- choose a service package right for you and your budget (Premium, Deluxe, Basic). Tip: higher frequency of service=low price. The longer the windows stay dirty=higher price. Pick a date for service, then on your day you will meet your team member(s), but of course you will already know a little about them because an email with a short bio and photo was sent to you. The scope of work will be reviewed before hand, and an initial walk thru with you pointing out any scratched glass, any broken seals we find that you may not know about, staining, broken screens etc...and after you pick the scent of soap for cleaning-then work will begin, and end as quietly and quickly as possible. Before equipment is put away, our team(s)will conduct their quality control checks, touch up where needed, complete their site inspection (clean up)and equipment breakdown and have you sign off on the work done. Pressure washing: The same operating procedures as above, except applied to pressure washing. Review of the substance needing to be removed or area cleaned, and what you can expect with the results. Never worry that our equipment will damage your property, only the best equipment is used (no lines in your concrete, or ripped up stucco on your walls-our pressure washers have a range of 100 psi to 3200 psi). Rain Gutter Cleaning: Did your last "guy" you used just give you a price, show up, walk the roof for a couple hours and then you get a knock at the door asking for payment? What our team does: Video of your gutters before work is done and if your gutters don't need it, we show you and tell you so. If they aren't as bad as we thought and will be easier to clean, we show you and lower your bill. Video is taken of your gutters after they are done, with your water test to show you functionality. A full detailed report is emailed to you for your records within 10 days. Pressure washers are not used to clean your gutters, no mess is made whatsoever! We hope to meet you all.
