Responsive and thorough. Becky provided extra help with cleaning the refrigerator. She provided all her own equipment and cleaning products which was helpful in an empty space. I plan to use her excellent services again.

Becky’s amazing customer service and work was greatly appreciated. She was very friendly, respectful and patient. Had tons of questions and was a pain checking in and out on her while she was cleaning my family and I loft and not once did she give us attitude or anything. It went great! I needed an apartment cleaned ASAP on last minute notice and Elevated Cleaning Co. responded right away and left the apartment spotless right on time for my tenants to move in!

Becky was very thorough and did a very good job at my apartment that I will definitely be booking with her again. The last person that did my cleaning spent more time and unfortunately the service was not as thorough as what Becky was able to provide. I had an opportunity to chat with her in person and she explained she has very specific tools and chemicals that she uses to ensure her customers are fully satisfied with her work and the quality of those products definitely stood out to me.
