Not being able to trust any contractor cause of a bad experience I had previously. But Jordan has made this experiencethe best and they work has me speechless. Elements Design and Build so many words come to mind but amazing, miracle workers and professional people. When I had my consultation with the project manager, he was so professional, listened and cared for my concerns. He made sure I was comfortable and made sure the process went smoothly so I didn't have to worry about anything. The work in my bathroom is AMAZING and I'm so happy I went with them, and will recommend them. Also have to give credit to all the workers as well they were all very professional and friendly people. I'm extremely happy with them and will glad to choose them again on my next project. Thank you so much Elements Design and build and team for your work.

I used elements design and build to remodel my condo in coronado. I worked with Ben and his team. I have to say I am extremely happy, job went as planned, they were quick and communicate was on point! will highly recommend elements. thank you elements!

TLDR; Wow! Ben and his team are top notch. We had several things done in our home and are extremely pleased with the end result. The best part? We, including the team, stayed within budget - rare and extremely important. Our family wanted to do some minor upgrades to our home; recessed lighting, upgrade flooring and vanities in two bathrooms, start a remodel on the laundry space, add crown molding to the downstairs rooms, redo the entire baseboards in the home (including stairs), and install new ceiling fans in two bedrooms. 1. Ben and his team stayed within the original budget discussed. Often during remodels there’s always some extra costs that get tacked on. Not with this team. The budget we agreed upon was the budget we stayed within. 2. Ben was in contact with us the entire time. From inception to completion and any hiccups in middle, we felt confident in Ben and his team. They even worked through the rain! Incredible service. 3. Just about everyone who was apart of the team took care of our home and its furnishings as if it were their own. Laying down blankets where they walked, covering furniture, and cleaning up and debris left outside. 4. There were a couple of misunderstandings on my part. Instead of getting frustrated, Ben and his team worked with me to make any changes I wanted without any trouble or argument. Overall, we’re more than satisfied with the job and look forward to working with Ben and his team on future upgrades. In fact, we’ve already put down a deposit for more projects.

Ben was thorough and diligent when walking me through what was required to convert a distressed property to a rental ready tri-plex. I was ultimately outbid by another buyer but will choose Elements Design and Remodeling going forward. They truly understand the big picture and are willing to invest their time in their clients.

Jordan and his team were not only professional, timely and qualified, they cared. For the start, we knew that Jordan would be who we would work with, he showed up on time after confirming he would be there, he had our estimate the next day and he stayed in constant communication. When the work started, he communicated what was happening, and took pictures often (I'm out of state). His team was on time and cleaned up after long days of work! And the work itself is beautiful, beyond our expectations. Not only does Jordan see what needs to be done, he goes the extra mile and widens his view to make sure the project fits with the rest of the house without scope creep! I'm trying to dream up more projects so we can continue to work with Jordan and the team--I highly recommend them!!

Jordan and his crew were absolutely the best providers I could have asked for. Professional, friendly, caring and extremely competent. From start to finish —no matter what curveballs came up—-this job got done and it got done well. Jordan and his team are extremely communicative and I would highly recommend them for any project. They do it all. I simply cannot wait for the next coming week in which I will once again ask Jordan to quote me on the next projects I need right away.

The process went super smooth and amazing. They made my living room look so much more up to date! I love my living and I love their job! All my questions were answered. Not once did I feel that my questions weren’t answered. They were extremely helpful. I would recommend them. Even after the project was done Jordan assured me if I need anything touched up , for me to give him a call. Excellent services.

I recently had a bathroom remodel done with this company, Jordan was my product manager and very happy he was!
