The fine folks of Element pros delivered an outstanding product , coupled with very thoughtful customer service . Not only did the team accomplish their installation of my Puronics Hydronex C they returned days later for a retest of the water to give me and my family peace of mind .

They convinced me with their pitch and now I have soft RO water and excellent alkaline drinking water. Jeremy was the best plumber I have ever dealt with. In addition to the Pureonics install, he fixed two other plumbing problems I had and his price was more than fair for the extra work. Highly recommend.
