WE HAD DISCUSSED EVERYTHING AT LENGTH AS TO WHAT I WANTED DONE. I WASN'T PLEASED WITH THE WORK, AND HAD TROUBLE COMMUNICATING WITH THE WORKERS. I WAS VERY UPSET, AND SET UP A MEETING WITH HIM AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP WHEN I WAS THERE. THEY REMOVED PLANTS FOR NO REASON, AND LEFT BIG HOLES IN MY YARD. I DON'T THINK THE WORKERS KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

Edwin came promptly and looked at the required work. He seemed nice and professional, but never provided the promised estimate. I called him to inquire about the estimate, and he said he would have it for me in a couple of days. I never heard from him again.

Excellent work. Followed instructions and plans perfectly. Person who built the walls cut and placed keystones so that the walls have a very finished look.

I was really looking forward to working with Edwin, as he has such glowing remarks from his (existing) customers. What a disappointment.

Called ''Edwin'' on Thursday afternoon to schedule an estimate and service appointment. We agreed on Saturday, with him promising to call before he came out as he wasn't able to set a specific time. As mentioned by others giving reports, Saturday came and went with no phone call, no appearance, and no answer at his phone number. I own a service business in San Diego too, and I'm giving a grade of ''D'' because in a service business, where your word is your bond, and your ethic is your reputation, not calling, not showing, and not answering your phone is the worst possible showing of yourself as a reputable business. With no show / no call, how can any potential customer count on a company, when the common courtesy of a simple phone call, ''Hey, we have a busy day, can't make it, can we reschedule?'' is simply skipped all together. ''Edwin'' must be a busy man, and more power to him. I hope his established customers get better treatment. We will not be using him.

I called to get an estimate and left a message. I called later and spoke with an unnamed gentleman who said he had a broken windshield and could I call back and leave my info on his voice mail. I did this. My wife got a call the next day and he said he'd be by between 12 and 1 to give me an estimate. He showed up a 6PM as I was leaving. I told him not calling or showing up was one of my hot buttons - his response was that he was "working in La Jolla". I agreed to give him another chance and he said he'd come over the next morning. He never showed or called.

Great job. Very responsive and punctual. Polite and courteous.

Edwin is very intelligent and well spoken in both English and Spanish. He was willing to speak to me in Spanish, although he is totally fluent in English. The work exceeded my expectations. I would recommend him without reservations.

They were pretty expensive but we worked out a deal for them to do the maintenance on my yard and that saved some money.

Very pleased overall. Great communication. Came when he promised. His workers are very nice and efficient. They are the best gardeners I have found thus far. I have had trouble with people not finishing and picking up... Edwin's the best.

EDWIN CAME OUT THE DAY I CALLED. HE FIRST GAVE ME A QUOTE OF $160.00 I TOLD HIM I WOULD LET HIM KNOW HE THEN SAID $140 AFTER HE LEFT HE CALLED AND SAID HE WOULD DO IT FOR $120 HE WAS FRIENDLY AND WILL MOST LIKELY USE HIM AT A LATER DATE.

EDWIN AND HIS STAFF ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB WITH THE YARD. HE AND HIS STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEGABLE. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND REPORT ANY PROBLEMS THAT THEY ENCOUNTERED WHILE GARDENING.
