Perfectly! Repair service came on time, the service personnel was knowledgeable and polite, and he repaired our machine quickly and inexpensively. Couldn't have gone any better.

We got them from a referral from a friend of ours who is a real estate person. They did a very nice job. They guy who came out had a hard time diagnosing so the owner came out and did work. They were very good. It wasn’t very expensive. They had to come out a couple of times because they had some problems and they kept diagnosing it. They kept calling back to make sure we were satisfied. The first time we had an issue with it, they certainly came back right away and took care of it. The refrigerator had never worked so well since the time we bought it. We bought it probably about 20 or 30 years ago. They followed up very quickly. We called back within 30 days because it was the same issue. They came back and fixed it at no additional cost. Two people came out to work. The first person came out and he couldn’t resolve it. The second or third time that they came out, the owner, Jo, came out. It’s been working great ever since. I’m very happy with what they did.

I called for a repair because my washer was leaking. They were able to come out within a day. The technician called about 20 minutes ahead. He took apart my dryer and found that nothing was wrong with the dryer but the soap dispenser was plugged up. He spent more than an hour and a half and put it back together. He was very clean. My washer now works perfectly. The best part is that he didn't sell me parts that I didn't need and I felt like he was extremely honest.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Brandon at Econo Appliance Service. We had standing water in the base of the dishwasher and it was leaking from underneath onto the floor. Brandon was very punctual and even called when he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem as broken heater nuts and gave me the cost to repair including the parts that had to be ordered. When the parts arrived, Brandon returned to complete the repair and tested by running the dishwasher to make sure there were no leaks. He worked quickly and left everything tidy. I found Brandon at Econo Appliance Service to be professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I have referred them to family and they also had a very positive experience. I am so happy to have found Econo Appliance Service and will not hesitate to call on them for all my appliance service needs.

Wish I had checked Angie's List before i called these rip-off artist, had these guy's come out to fix dryer told service call was free with repair long story short they charged me 75 dollars for what i found out later to be a 15 dollar belt and also charged me 110 dollars for a 1/2 hour labor, don't waste your money (and it will alot) go somewhere else anywhere else.

Thoroughly disappointed. Here is why: First visit: problem with convection fan in oven. Technician took 3 hours (!) and couldn't figure out the problem until the boss arrived. Turned out that the bearing of the fan got stuck and needed lubrication. Second visit: hood not sucking air, diswasher leaving dishes dirty. Technician claimed everything is working! Wasted our time. Third visit: boss comes himself, fixes hood (which was very clearly not working before), couldn't figure out why dishes are dirty at the end of the cycle. Because he couldn't fix it he told the insurance dishwasher works fine. Fourth visit: Agrees that dishwasher isn't working right. But doesn't know how to fix it. He promised, he would clarify that in the report. Nevertheless, he told the insurance again it's working fine! In the process he spilled about half a gallon of water on our hardwood floor by operating the dishwasher while it's open. He also claimed the upper arm of the dishwasher is only supposed to work 5 or 10% of the time. I verified with the manufacturer that this is bogus. I'M DONE WITH THESE GUYS!

Horrible. 3 visits, a broken pump, $300 paid to have a flooded kitchen with thousands in damage. They claim the 30 day warranty, but acknowledged enough fault to give me half price on the replacement pump (charged $68 instead of full price). When speaking with the manager, she acknowledged enough liability to offer to waive the amount charged, and to tear up my check if they could have the pump (broken one) back. I declined, as we have filed with BBB and also with their insurance company. A pump that is new and good quality should last more than 2.5 months. A company should offer more than 30 days on their workmanship. Our kitchen has water beneath the tile due to the pump leaking continuously. We only realized that the leak was present when water was coming up through a small crack in the grout of the ceramic tile floor. Had a plumber come out to make sure a pipe wasn't broken (there was THAT much water), and he found the problem. A slow leak from the 2 month old dishwasher pump. At least a gallon of water under the dishwasher, and the surrounding cabinets were all waterlogged. Mold is now growing. Econo Appliance reluctantly gave me their insurance information. I called them (Homestead insurance) and all three people I spoke with there were not only surprised at the 30 day warranty, but also at how wrong everything had gone. They were very kind and sympathetic, unlike the management at Econo Appliance. She laughed when I told her I would be contacting the BBB, saying "go ahead." I haven't felt so small & unimportant when dealing with a customer service representative in quite some time. Look elsewhere. or at least buy your parts elsewhere. Plenty of places offer more than 30 days. And many places care when their customers are unhappy.

Dave called first to confirm the appointment, arrived on time and got the appliance up and running within an hour. He was kind of quiet at first, but when I started asking questions he gave very detailed answers. It was a difficult job as the kitchen is "custom" and things are not perfectly installed. He explained what was happening, why and what types of corrections to make to avoid the problem in the future. Clean up was fast and cursory. I did the floor and outer door of the appliance when he left.

Stan showed up right on time, was neat, polite, professional. He knew what to do immediately. He explained everything and in 45 minutes the doors closed effortlessly and kept closed tightly. The price quoted to me from Econo via email was honored and Stan even replaced a burnt out bulb for free.
