Cleaning itself was good, but the communication was terrible , changed times and cost without prior knowledge of acceptance.

They are excellent and courteous.

Norma has been amazing, always prompt, happy, and I feel comfortable in my home (which was a major concern of mine). Plus she's not afraid to ask me about things, where some of my supplies are stored, etc. I really appreciate Norma and all she does. Especially because she works nonstop while she's here and always has a smile on.
