Description of Work: Technician was punctual and courteous. He did a thorough inspection then then treated attic for termites. We appreciated that 1) we did not have to lkeave the premises 2) Ecola did not try to sell us a yearly plan.

Description of Work: drilled and put in a chemical to rid my house of ground termites. much cheaper than others and it seems to have worked well.

Description of Work: They sent out an inspector named James who was very professional and patient with my questions. He sent a team out to deal with our termite problems. The team was lead by Aaron, who was very personable and willing to answer any question I had. We had a great rapport. This is a very professional group of people who have strong convictions in the quality of their work. I think these people are the greatest asset a company can have.

Description of Work: Three attached two-floor condos were tented as one building (2,000 sq. ft. each) Quote was less than others, but would have chosen this company over the others who bid. Because of personal attention, unusual care and kindness, patience with questions (three owners, five tenants ~ they even held a meeting of all of us to explain and answer concerns), came out 4-5 times BEFORE the tenting to bring bags for packing up our things), came on time for the tenting, finished a few hours earlier than expected, found everything in its place exactly as we left it, including many valuables (even those we left out for all to see). Ben took care of us from start to finish, going out of his way to address concerns and give help. Outstanding.

Description of Work: I booked an appointment for a specific time and date then wasted 3 1/2 hrs waiting for the inspector to show up. He never arrived. The next thing I heard was from their booking office wanting to reschedule because the inspector didn't have time to do my house that day. Completely unprofessional & unreliable.

Description of Work: I had asked for an inspection as we were seeing a powder residue in our garage. Ben came out and found that the residue was being caused by a beetle in wicker baskets I had stored in garage. He some suggestions on how to get rid of the beetles. He was extremely punctual, pleasant and professional. I would definately use them if the need arises.
