+ -1 moreI left 4 messages for Lisa and spoke to her once when she promised a member of her staff would return my call, but NOTHING happened. I have pleaded for a return call, but received none!!! PLEASE REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR LIST!!!!!!!

+ -1 morePaulo came with scuba gear, went in the water, and made some tests. He discovered that the pool skimmer assembly was cracked and needed to be changed out. Paulo replaced the skimmer without draining the pool, which saved us the expense of a total refilling. His prices were very good, and he took care of our leak.
Description of Work: Pool was losing water due to a leak that wasn't evident to the eye.

+ -1 moreEvo Underwater Pool Repair, met and exceeded our expectations! We have had this type of repair done in the past, however, past work cannot meet the quality level that was achieved by Evo. Paulo, and his son Guiherme, are extremely skilled professionals! They listen, offer suggestions & provide options for your consideration. Then, once the work begins, they are on-time, courteous, detailed and extremely refined with their work. They completed our project 'on-time'; and finalized the project by cleaning all work areas thoroughly. A very incredible & talented Father-Son Team that we highly recommend!!!
Description of Work: Evo Underwater Pool Repair addressed and resolved the following issues: Multiple underwater cracks had formed in 2 areas of the pool walls and on the underwater steps leading into the pool. Additionally, due to tree roots and concrete expansion/contraction, many decorative tiles that trimmed the upper portion of the pool walls were loose and many had fallen off. The bottom line; not only was our pool unsightly, we were loosing incredible amounts of water.
