+ -1 moreI was able to get an appointment with Eco-Dry right away -- no wait. The Saturday appointment was very convenient to me. Robert inspected 4 area rugs I wanted cleaned to determine if they were made of materials that he could clean, or if they required "submersion" cleaning in a rug cleaning facility. I thought this was very conscientious and professional of Robert. In the end, Robert cleaned 2 pet-stained area rugs, and recommended 2 be cleaned in a facility. Robert tested the rugs for color-fastness before cleaning, which I also thought quite conscientious. The rugs came out in great shape, with no remaining pet odor. Robert was friendly, professional, and paid attention to detail. He was also friendly toward my dogs, which doesn't hurt! I was very satisfied with the service and would use Eco-Dry again.

+ -1 moreHighly recommend them. Since I've found them I've had them come in every 4-6 months to keep the main walking areas of the carpet presentable, and have always been super satisfied.
Description of Work: We have used Eco-Dry's service for several years. Our house has light beige carpet, which did not go well with our black and brown aging dog, not to mention our young child and our own general klutziness. I had used one or two other companies prior to finding them, and noticed the spots the other companies had cleaned were always visible again a day or two later. I even took before and after pictures to confirm that they weren't just new spots. With Eco-Dry, the spots stayed clean, which tells me they go deeper into the carpet than others do. They do a very thorough job, and are also very responsive. We had some issues with our dog bleeding on the carpet and they came out within 24 hours and were able to make the area livable again (not perfect, but it was a very tough stain that we didn't think would come out nearly to the extent they managed to clean).
