I received an unsolicited phone call and during the phone call did a google search of the company ECOCalifornia Construction. The google search indicated a RIPOFFReport.com and a one star YELP review for fraud both located in Los Angeles. There is also a complain for marketing calls by this company. This is the only ECOCalifornia Construction company I found on AngiesList.com in San Diego so I am writing my experience The caller asked for my cell number which I declined. He gave me my choice of four days including all day Saturday and Sunday and Monday. He said someone from the corporate office would call to confirm the appointment. When I told him the results of my google search he said not to believe it but to believe the AngiesList . I asked what addresses he had worked on in my neighborhood. He said the contractor would bring referrals and all the information necessary. I cancelled the appt .Then he hung up. I did a reverse phone number lookup and found the landline number belongs to a 65+ year old woman in Chula Vista.
