Description of Work: Called to make appointment and told the woman I wanted to move my TV from the corner to over the fireplace. She then wanted to know what work needed to be done, I told her I didn't know I was not a contractor or an electrician we went back an forth until I was very frustrated. I will have my electrician do it even though the cost will be greater.

Description of Work: I purchased 4 hours of electrical work for various projects in my home. One of them was to install new lights in the master bath. When I called, they were very polite, but said they could not perform the work for at least 6 weeks. I was given an appointment mid February . I called the first week in January. I have since called your customer support to request my money refunded and have found a new electrician who has finished the job. My opinion is that if you can't perform the work in a realistic period of time, you should not run specials with Angie's list.

Description of Work: I had a breaker that kept tripping and I was preparing the house to go on the market. I know the deal was financially wonderful and the worker that came out was Rudy. He is very professional, patient, knowledgeable and work really h****** many inside sockets that needed replacing. Anything I had a question about, he explained the issue with me and I was good with it. I needed a couple things for my circuit breaker box and we needed to put in a new circuit as one that we had was overloaded. I purchased the parts (my box was old) and Rudy came back a few days later and finished the job. He did not even charge me for the additional trip. The deal was to be used in one visit but he went the mile to help me.

Description of Work: Installed three new double outlets including installing some pipe to run the wires through for one of the outlets. |Seemed very concerned about the work fitting into the two hour time limit allowed for the job. I'm glad I didn't think of anything else I wanted done.

Description of Work: 1. Installed a new tv over the fireplace hiding all the cords in the wall. Also suggested and |ran pull lines for me |to run more cables in the future. |2. Fixed 3 GFI outlets that went bad. |3. Installed a new ceiling fan. He had to run the electricity from a wall outlet. The way the ceiling joists ran it was a very difficult job. He did an awesome |Job of brainstorming the easiest most cost effective way. I had 4 big holes cut in the ceiling and wall to get to the electricity. He patched them beautifully. I was impressed!! I just need to do touch up paint. |I was told all he information before he started so I could decide to go ahead and put in the fan or not. |4. Replaced an front door light. |He was at my house all day until 9am to 7pm. He went above and beyond to fit my projects in to the day. I was told when I scheduled Jeff he may not get it all finished in an 8 hr day. I knew it was a lot and I prioritize the jobs. His schedule is busy. |I will be hiring him to do a few more electrical projects. |Also picked up after himself and came prepared for my projects GFI outlets, fan boxes etc.. No wasted time going to the store. Helps when you book him to let them |know everything you need done. |Highly recommend Jeff- a nice, hard working, neat, and professional man. | | | | |

Description of Work: Jeff installed 3 ceiling fans. He also had to first replace a junction box that was plastic. Jeff could have just overlooked it but he did the right thing. I had him back the next day to retrofit my kitchen lighting with energy efficient LEDs. He even told me where to find the best deal. Jeff of Dwelling Electric is worth every penny spent!
