They never contacted me and I still can't find a phone number to get an appointment

All was well. Unfortunately, the scheduling aspect was difficult. I bought an Angie's List Deal of $199 for 4 Hours of Licensed, Professional Electrical Work and when I called to set up an appointment, the earliest I could get on the calendar with the merchant was 6 weeks. I scheduled the appointment, but as time passed, i had to reschedule. During that back and forth, there was some miscommunciation and he showed up on a day that I was not expecting him and I was walking out the door to the airport. Luckily, my wife was home to take care of the meeting for us. After all that however, he was very nice and professional and performed everything we needed. Since we were not prepared for the visit, we only used about 2 hours of our coupon time and he said he would return for the additional 2 hours if we agreed to a $50 service fee, which I think is probably reasonable.

Per my request, he used several of my boxes and my romex. Had to buy additional hardware which he purchased. Traded some stuff that I had but would not fit, for stuff that he had. A good experience.

Ordered Angies "Big Deal 8hr work special" for $499 on May 14, 2013. He scheduled the appointment for June 21, 2013. I was a little sad about the time-frame but it wasn't critical, so i was ok with it. On the day of the appointment , Jeff's called to confirm, and showed up promptly at 10:30am. He would of made it at 9:30am, but i was just waking up at that point and it was my fault i didn't reply soon enough. He showed up, and i showed him around the house and talked about all the different projects i wanted to do. The main project was running a dedicated line from the electrical panel (outside of garage, front of house) all the way to the window of my upstairs room (complete opposite side of house). I have vaulted ceilings, and i knew it would of been really really hard to run the line through the walls, and half expected all my walls to be ripped up. In the end, we went with a flexible outdoor wiring solution that was mostly hidden above the roofline. Once i paint it, it'll be just that much harder to notice it. Another task i needed, was figuring out where all my circuits led to. We have a microwave plugged into an outlet, that when we use, will usually dim all the lights, and sometimes pop the circuit. Turns out it was on a 15amp circuit shared with all the living room lighting. We did find a 20amp that wasn't even being used in the kitchen, so we moved our microwave to that outlet, and now we have no problems. Even with the circuit tracer, this was a pretty time consuming task. For the most part, the circuit breakers in my box were still good, but i really wanted the one going to my room replaced with a new one, because i have had it trip a few times, and it was loose in the box. So he was able to replace that with a new one, and i feel alot better knowing it's there now. The last job i could squeeze in was replacing a plug in the kitchen with a new one, because it was a heavily used plug, and it has always been a problem using it, had to always jiggle appliances to make it work. So it's so nice having a brand new plug there. It was a good thing i picked up the 8 hr package, it was totally worth it. He spent basically all that time working, and only about 45mins going to Home Depot to pick up all the necessary parts for $175.00, he did very clean work, he also patched the drywall holes he had to make. In the end, very happy with the work, and Jeff is really a good guy. I will definitely be using him in the future. It's no wonder he's basically the best electrician in the area, and if you're grumbling about the long wait time, it's worth the wait knowing you're going to deal with someone who is basically going to get it done right.

They were very good but they were too overpriced. The professionalism was right it's just that what they are asking for and the technique they are using are way too much.

It went very well. I can now watch tv in the garage while using my treadmill

He was great. He stayed until he fixed all of the problems, and stayed here almost 4 hours, but he charged me what I was told over the phone. Excellent service! I would use it again!

Dwelling Electric I used a $199 big deal. My experience went good. It went okay. They were on time, I liked that, they were on time, I think what he did, the lights that I needed he went out he purchased the, because I was in need of a couple. He left me a box because I need some more. He was telling me which ones to get. He took me through exactly what he was doing and I was very pleased with him.

The guy from Dwelling Electric was very conscientious and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was here when he said he was going to be.

They are thorough and gave us good information about what they did; I like that. Their price was reasonable and the quality was good. He came on time.

The electrician was great. He called before arriving to confirm the appointment and arrived exactly when he promised. I showed what I wanted done and he went right to work. He gave me an estimate for the material and did not go above the agreed amount. Jeff Draper (electrician) was very personable and polite, and he finished in less time than I expected. Overall, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to call him the next time I need electrical work done.

Jeff is very easy to talk to. He is professional and he respects your home. It was a surprise that he had shoe covers to put on his boots while he worked inside our home so he wouldn't track dirt into the home. I have never seen that before. That was a plus on our list. He did a great job with all the work we needed done in our home. I would definitely call him for future services and recommend him to friends and family.

I have a deep office closet that needed light. Jeff found the perfect LED light, crawled through the attic to install and hook it up to a switch just inside the doorway. The closet doors are translucent and the light is perfect. Great clean-up too. On time and efficient.

He did a good job. He did everything. My wife had a whole list of things she wanted done and I did not think it would all get it done. The dwelling guy did my wife's list plus more. He did not drag his feet or anything. He was honest and I would recommend them. I am hard to please because my expectations are high and he met them all. I am very detailed oriented and he met all of my objectives.

Jeff (Dwelling Electric) is a great electrician. He's forthright, honest and does high quality work. His pricing is in the middle with electrians, who do marinally to lousy work below him and electrician who "overcharge" above him. Jeff did exactly what he said he would do with enromous quality. Another electrican from a large company gave me a quote laced with unnecessary work that was twice as expensive. Jeff produced the elegant, simple and straight forward solution using the latest technology. I rate his work as A++ and highly recommend him to anyone who wants high quality at an excellent price!

My experience was very well. I liked them very much and so far so good. They were prompt and clean. He was knowledgeable. He did a good job and he reworked.

Jeff quoted a very competitive price (hrly rate) compared to other companies and although his schedule was booked, he knew we were in need having just moved, and squeezed us in. He was very professional, efficient, and explained exactly what he needed to do to run the wire through the house. I also appreciate that he cleaned up the work space after the job was done. Would definitely recommend Dwelling Electric.

They are very easy to get along with. They try to do everything the customer wants. The owner is particularly nice. He goes out of his way. They are an excellent company.

Dwelling Electric was fine. I didn't have any problems with them. They did a good job. They were on time which I really appreciated.

In addition to the task light which turned out to be a lot bigger job than either of us antisipated, he had enough time to set up a plug in the garage which allowed me to take advantage of a 20AMP breaker that wasn't being used. Now my wife has the task lighting she needs and I have all the power I'll ever need for the tools in my garage. Thanks Jeff and I plan on calling you back to put those pot lights in the living room like we talked about.

Jeff arrived on time and assessed the work to be done. He then obtained the parts locally and started the work. He was very meticulous and neat. He measured and double check each step of the way.He finished the job in a timely manner. We were very please with the finish work and plan on calling him for some additonal work.
