This was a great experience- they were prompt, courteous, very professional, Quick and honest. Made an extra effort to accommodate my whacky schedule, which was really icing on the cake. In addition to installing an electrical outlet and some recessed lights, there was an outlet downstairs. I definitely plan to hire this company again, and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I initially called them to schedule the work but the earliest that they were able to schedule me was two months out and I am unable to wait that long for this project. They were professional while working with me but their schedule was booked.

Rudy was helpful in explaining the problem he found and how it needed to be fixed. We still had some time left on the two hour contract, so he explained what would be needed to install an outlet in the front of the house.

They were on time, professional, listened to the problem and did an excellent job of repairing those items with some great advice to help on future projects.

My service person was very nice. He had had a very busy day and was a little late getting to our house, but was extremely apologetic and very personable and nice. He checked every outlet in our house and replaced a couple plugs that needed replacing and a couple dimmer switches that were no longer working. I told him that if I ever needed an electrician again, Dwelling would be the first place I'd call. Very satisfied!

When they got to the house we had a in depth discussion about what I wanted and what would be required to accomplish the things I was requesting. After a few major decisions on my part they got started and were very clear what I could expect. They were in and out in no time and the job looks fabulous.

It was just fine. The electrician was excellent, on time, and did a good job. I was very pleased with him. It has been a quick and efficient job.

As part of the renovation for our newly purchased mobile home, we had purchased the 6 hour service for $299 that was scheduled for 21 April to help fix orignial owner DIY electrical mess (example; in early 2000's in the furnace closet, they had updated the furnace to include a "new" AC unit and made a copper wire junction to existing aluminum wire made through twisting the wire together, making a slack loop so they wouldn't pull apart, and covering the whole thing with electrical tape). We were pleasently suprised to be informed that there was an opening on 4 April that they could complete the estimated service. Rudy came promptly at 0700 to evaluate the jobs we had planned on having Dwelling do, and by 0730, he "started the clock" and began work on our projects. Within the 6 hours, he was able to complete all the work, including running 30 ft of new cable under the trailer and up through the vapor barrier, insulation and walls to new outlets and switches, pulled 8 ft of melting cable and re-routed another 16 ft of cable in the cramped furnace closet, re-wired new properly pigtailed wire to the furnace controller, and sistered a weather-protected GFCI outdoor outlet off an existing indoor outlet, replacing all insulation and vapor barrier to maintain the structural integrety of the house with no damage to the 1970's era paneling. I would recommend Dwelling Electrical to anyone. I am a retired shipyard installation manager, and was pleased with professionalism of the work and the "ship-shape" result Dwelling completed. The 40% discount the coupon gave us did not affect the way the job was done in any way. FWIW, the invoice had the original cost for hourly electrical labor to cover any "overage" in hours we might have incurred and Rudy did not milk the job - which he could have done as he did not have a helper to run for parts or help him to cut and prep outlet sites and get cable run and secured under the trailer and in the walls.

They called to state when they would arrive and they arrived on time. I discussed my needs and he came up with a solution and then got right to work. Completed thetask to my satisfaction and then answered questions about other electrical tasks. All answers were professional and to the point. Nice experience with professional person.

The work was done well. He was willing to work with us to get the look we wanted. He also pointed out some potential electrical hazards that were in need of repair that may have prevented us from experiencing an electrical fire. The LED lights in our living room are terrific and with the dimmer switch we get as much or as little light as we need. Mr. Draper is knowledgeable and professional. We retain his business card and intend to use him for any other lighting and electrical needs that may arise in the future.

It worked out fine. They came out within the first few weeks after I purchased the big deal and they charged me $100 more than the big deal price because I had them do other things. They did the things that I needed to have done here and the little things that needed to be fixed. I already had the LED light bulbs so they just put them in. They were here for a couple of hours and their price was fine.

Seems like a reputable company and that is why they are not gonna be able to come out sooner, because they are too busy. I will call them in advance next time if I want a job done by a certain time.

Rudy was the tech that came out. He hung some very awkwardly shaped ceiling fans for us and he made it look easy. He was very clean while working and didn't leave behind a mess. He answered all the questions we had and we have even purchased another Big Deal from them and they are coming out in April!

Once again, Rudy Figueroa did a fantastic job. He's a wonderful communicator, explaining everything that he does and will do. He's an experienced electrician, doing the best work and only the work that needs to get done. Dwelling Electric also found a way to come to my aid on this project in a timely fashion, making time for me in short notice. What a great feeling to know that I have an electrical company that can do everything and anything I need.

The service turned out very good. The electrician that came out was really professional, very courteous, and the work that he did was really good. I was very happy with it. The time consuming job was having to install the flood lights. He was able to come out one day, and then he fell sick on that day, so he came out the following week. I didn't pay anything additional, because I had purchased everything myself. He was very professional, and very courteous. He listened to what I needed to have done.
