+ -1 moreHolly N. called me within minutes of my email and was out in a few days to give us a bid. She was on time and does a most excellent job. The cost is reasonable-- we are happy. Price includes laundry serviced.
Description of Work: Housecleaning - we had not had much cleaning in over a year. The place was a mess. The person came out and worked for five hours and the place was cleaner than when we moved in. Since then we have service every two weeks and even get laundry done.

+ -1 moreI received a call from the person in charge and I specified what I needed: to have a person either sleep in my home or to visit my three pets twice a day. I have two caged birds, a parrot and a cockatiel, and a very well behaved cat. During the call, it was agreed that I would receive another call in order to get in touch so that the person in charge come and meet us and our pets. Nothing happened. I am still waiting for the call. In the meantime, I asked a neighbor to do the job which was what I was trying to avoid.
Description of Work: There was no job performed due to the fact that I was never contacted again in order to plan for a visit.

Description of Work: I called yesterday morning and left a voice mail requesting a call back for a spring cleaning quote. I have not heard back from them yet.
