Description of Work: The key to my car would no longer unlock my car door or the trunk. I pulled into Dup-A-Key on a Saturday, the owner came to inspect the problem, and himself fixed it within 20 minutes. Very satisfactory service, really nice service personnel, a great experience.

+ -1 moreI wanted to get the keys made that day. I went to the storefront at 1478 Garnet Avenue in Pacific Beach. When I arrived, there was a note on the door that they were on a service call and would be back shortly. As I turned around to leave, the guy showed up to open the shop. He called the service truck that had the machine to make duplicate keys and said he would be there in 15 minutes. However, it was a very short 15 minutes. The person who had the high security key truck took my keys, duplicated them, tested them both directions in the lock. I paid my bill and left. I am very happy to have all my electronic key fobs with a working mechanical key.
Description of Work: I had two high security keys made for a 2010 Prius. These were duplicate keys.
