Dry Force removed portions of the bathroom wall and downstairs ceiling to allow for airflow. Large fans and de-humidifiers were installed upstairs and downstairs to dry out the area behind the tiles that couldn't be removed. Someone came to check on the process daily. Then chemicals were applied to prevent mold or mildew from forming behind the walls. After everything was dry, repair work was completed. The repair work included replacing drywall, painting, rehanging lights and mirrors, replacing baseboard, etc. The workers did an excellent job covering the work areas with plastic and cleaning up after themselves. I had very high expectations for putting everything back the way it was before the water leak and the Dry Force team came through for me.
Description of Work: Our plumber recommended Dry Force when a bathroom pipe on the second floor burst and caused extensive water damage to the bathroom and also the downstairs ceiling. We chose Dry Force because they handle the emergency services and also the reconstruction after the dry-out has been completed. (I had heard horror stories from friends with water damage who hired a company that only performed the dry-out work...the company came in and ripped out walls, ceilings, tile, cabinets, carpet, etc. and then left after the dry-out and my friends had to hire numerous companies to fix all the damage.) Dry Force handled the problem from the beginning until the project was completed and everything was back in place. And my insurance company only had one company to deal with so estimates and payment was easier. Everyone who came to the house was professional, punctual and polite.
