Description of Work: Had a problem with the dishwasher not working. Service man was late, but called us well before the time scheduled to arrive. Once on scene, he was able to fix the problem and instructed us on how to prevent the problem from re-occurring.

Description of Work: Had an issue where water was coming up in both the tub and shower on a Saturday. Called a couple of places on Angie's list and they wanted to charge overtime. Called these guys and they don't charge overtime and were at my place 15 min after I made the appt. we have an older house and Javier very careful not to break our old pipes. He got the issue resolved and the cost was exactly as communicated prior to his visit. Highly recommend these guys

+ -1 moreMy friend, who is a contractor, told me that water was leaking under my house from the toilet. So I called Jeff Hughes from drain medic, and he came out promptly and gave me an estimate. I told him to go for it, and he took care of it quickly. He also was very gracious with my dog that bugged him.
Description of Work: They replaced the sealing flange for my guest bathroom.

+ -1 moreTHE PRICE SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH COMPARED TO LIKE EXPERIENCES AND THE WORKERS WERE SLOW. THEIR LEAK DETECTION DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND THE WORKERS KEPT LEAVING AND CALLING OTHER PEOPLE TO ASK QUESTIONS.
Description of Work: REPAIR OF A LEAK IN 20 YEAR OLD MAIN SEWER LINE THAT WAS DECAYED AND BROKEN IN SEVERAL PLACES.

THE WORK COMPLETED IS ABOVE STANDARD AND THERE WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE ANSWERS TO ANY OF MY QUESTIONS. ALSO, THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND COMPLETED WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER.

+ -1 moreTHIS PLUMBER WAS VERY HONEST AND TRIED TO SAVE ME MONEY ON THE WORK. HIS COST WAS LESS THAN HALF OF OTHER ESTIMATES. THEIR COST WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE, WE HAD OTHER ESTIMATES BETWEEN $4800-$7400. HE ALSO INSPECTED THE DRAINS WITH A CAMERA TO MAKE SURE THERE WEREN'T ANY OTHER PROBLEMS. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE VERY NEAT, AND THEY EVEN CAME BACK AND TOOK AWAY ALL OLD MATERIALS AND CLEANED IT UP. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND WERE CLEAN. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
