They were really great. They are very accommodating and on time. They came out a few times on our house before us and they were nice.

Myron comes across as a knowledgeable and friendly guy, but in the end he's a classic 'smooth talker'. He drastically underbid the work he did for us and at the last moment suggested several add-on services that increased the overall price of the job by 40%. He's crew do quality work but make sure you press him for every detail about what work is included in the bid and if there are any other details.

Don't blink painting removed the wall paper from our master bathroom. They arrived on time and did an excellent job of removing the wall paper and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional crew and would hire again!

Fourth time using Don't Blink. Punctual, professional, and personable. Noticed additional things/damage needing repair prior to the bid - kept everything under agreed price and done in same day. Great to work with! Definitely recommended - I won't use another painting company in San Diego again.

They did a beautiful job. They were prompt and could not have been more helpful. I was so happy with the work that we had done. I thought the price was reasonable. The response time to my inquiry was really quick. The man I talked to on the phone was really helpful in finding a date and time that worked for me and was clear and quick in getting me an estimate. The guys who came to do it were very professional and did neat work. They took care to make sure it looked really nice. The owner came by to make sure I was happy. They had great follow through. They are the best painters I have worked with. They did such a nice job. They did extra care to cover up all the outside spots so paint didn't go where it isn't suppose to go.

They painted the master bedroom and a wall downstairs. They did a great job.

My new 30 year old 1,900 sq ft home and was never taken care of by the prior owners. So one of the first things I needed done was exterior painting with stucco repairs. Over the years I?ve learned enough to know this was not a job I wanted to do but I also know what I wanted done so the paint looks good for a long time. I needed a total of 40 sqft of stucco removed and or repaired. I wanted everything pressure washed, the wood 2 coats of Duration, the stucco sprayed and back rolled plus other things. 6 contractors came out. Some walked around my home in 5 minutes and gave me a 1 or 2 paragraph estimate. Others spent time talking to me and gave me a real estimate with details. Two contractors spent time out here really looking at everything so they would know what I wanted and expected and gave me a written contract that had the details. The first real contract was way over priced so when Myron started spending lots of time I was expecting a really high price. I figure he was 10% to 15% higher then the low bidders but for that extra amount I know my paint job will look good for a much longer time. From the first step of pressure washing the house I knew my choice was a good one. Not only were they cleaning my home so the paint would stick better but they were paying very close attention for any leaks. Myron?s and his workers were very considerate of my property and me. There were no short cuts and the two coats were not 30 minutes apart they were 24 hours apart so I got 2 full coats. My paint will bond to a clean surface and since my paint has 2 coats it?s thicker and will last longer. When everything was finished Myron and me did our walk around I found a couple small things but so did he, maybe a couple hours worth of stuff for 1 guy. And I?m a picky detail guy. But the reason Myron gets such a great recommendation from me is this. My largest stucco repair, which was 20 sqft, was not in a location anyone would see. I just wanted mine repaired because it was starting to crack and would be falling off in a couple years. My comment was ?I?m happy with this repair because no one will ever see it but I was expecting a better match?. Stucco patches will never look the same. Myron was not happy with it either. So off it came and they redid the whole thing. I?m sure he lost money.

They arrived on time with all necessary supplies. They were very pleasant and efficient with lots of tarps to protect our landscaping, etc.

Very professional team of painters. Arrived on time and worked intensly until completed.The only negative was that I had to purchase the recommended paint myself. The estimate to figure in the Angie's list "deal" and the true bid for the job, was very confusing. Even the owner had a difficult time figuring it. He was professional and his workers were too. They cleaned up afterwards and I really do like my kitchen.

The owner (Myron) called right away to set-up a walk thru to determine the supplies required. He was very curteous and responsive. We scheduled the work for a day or two later. The painters arrived on time and stayed until the projects were complete. The painters were very professional and did a great job of lining the room to protect it from paint splatter. The painters worked very diligently and did a AMAZING job, I would highly recommend this company and I would use them again.

I have nothing but good things to say about him. He was very timely, supportive, and even worked on a Saturday. I would definitely recommend him!

The service provided by Miguel and Rodrigo was very professional. They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. They painted more areas than I had anticipated because they needed to stay for a certain period of time. I was impressed with their attitudes. The reason I am giving a "B" for overall is that I had a difficult time reaching Myron. He asked me to email him on his web site and when I tried, my computer would not let me access the site because it was at high risk for virus'. It took 3 trys to get him and then once I did, he was very easy to work with. I would hire them again.

Myron and Rigo completed an estimate a few months ago for us, and although we weren't able to begin work immediately, we kept them in mind for when the time came. From our first meeting to the final walk-through of their completed job, I was truly impressed. I can honestly say that they were the most professional and thorough workers that we welcomed into our home during our extensive remodeling project. Our home was built around the time that asbestos was being phased out of ceiling texture, so we asked that a sample be tested before work began. The results came back positive, and Myron and his crew proceeded with necessary precautions. The whole job was completed to perfection in about three days. As an extra precaution, Myron hired housekeepers to wipe down all of the surfaces in the house to minimize my exposure to any remaining dust. I'm currently pregnant with my husband's and my first child, so the extra care and concern was greatly appreciated. Before the ceiling work began, I hired electricians to add lighting in each room of our home, and Myron was very accommodating to work with the electricians to ensure that their schedules didn't overlap. Myron's team was even able to patch up holes left from relocated outlets and switches, and they did such a great job, I can't even tell where repair work was done. I was able to stay with friends while work was done, but checked on progress each day. The floors were covered with heavy-duty paper, and all edges were taped. In addition to the paper covering, plastic was draped from ceiling to floor, and another layer of plastic was laid over the floors. All of our belongings were well protected, and Myron's crew worked around furniture and closet contents with great care. Myron kept clear and constant communication during the project, and went above and beyond my expectations by paying close attention to detail. He even repainted one of our walls that had been splattered with spackle during our kitchen remodel. The nasty popcorn texture is gone, and our home feels fresh and new! I've never been happier with a hiring decision, and highly recommend Myron and his team.

They laid paper everywhere on the floor and taped all edges so no one would trip. They did all the prep work such as sanding the kitchen walls, filling holes,repairing water damage in family room,cleaning up the mildew, moving the furniture and removing blinds from windows. They painted the family room and kitchen and did a beautiful job. They resituated furniture as it was before and was very thorough at the clean up. And all was done in 2 days! I was very impressed with their work. And they are doing another job for me as I write this.

This was a good experience from start to finish. Myron is helpful, professional, and has an excellent sense of color and design. His crew chief, Rigo, also was very easy to work with. Actually, the whole crew that worked in our house for three days (five guys in total) was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail, the respect shown for our belongings, and the flexibility and punctuality with the scheduling. We are two very satisfied customers and are still walking around the house loving the work that was done!

The Angie's list special was purchased in June for Painter for a day. The owner, Myron, was contacted in early August, and a date to do the painting was arranged. Myron explained how to go about purchasing the paint to take advantage of his discount. He called me a couple of days before the appointment to be sure I didn't have any questions, or any problems buying the paint. He was very nice, and professional.

Purchased a deal for a set number of man hours. They sent out 4 people to paint but only 3 were really doing much of the painting and 1 was supervising but still counted for the total man hours. They didn't quite finish up the entire job in the alloted time so I had to finish it up on my own even though they said they were happy to continue to keep working on it at their regular rate...

Unfortunately the paint did not match the existing paint which required two coats. However it was a color my wife loved. We bought 3 additional hours as that's what they thought they needed. Although they weren't quite done, the owner came with another painter and 4 people finished the job in 45 minutes and only 30 minute behind schedule. Everyone was great and very professional. The job is awesome.

Everything went perfect from the moment I called Myron. He arrived to my house the same day I called (actually it was about 35min after calling) and gave me a very reasonable estimate to paint Gray and White stripes in the Baby's Room. It took Myron and his team two days to transform a plain room into the most amazing nursery I have ever seen. After the job was done Myron came over to see how everything looked and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work. He is VERY professional and VERY detailed.

Unfortunately the owner apparently lost the original appointment and failed to show up on the scheduled date. Once I called him he apologized and offered to get a crew over the same day but we decided on rescheduling to another day. On the rescheduled day the crew showed up on time and did a wonderful job painting my bedroom and bathroom. The owner even made a suggestion regarding the paint combinations I had selected and it definitely had a much better result. I never even met the painters as I left a secured key for their entry and departure; all communication was by phone. They completed the job on time and if not for the wonderful paint work they did, I would never have known they had been there, i.e., very neat and thorough. Despite the little hiccup regarding the dates, I would strongly recommend their services and would use them again.

Superb in all respects. Angie?s award is well deserved. This was the second time we?ve had him do work. Excellent work. We are delighted. He could schedule us fairly soon; and actually worked us in even sooner as his schedule adjusted. Finished even more quickly than his projection by bringing in an extra person.

Well done Done in time

Myron and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. I had contracted his team to remove wallpaper from a small bathroom. After they arrived, I asked if they could also take care of some additional work (paint an interior hall/stairwell and to match the texture on a patched area of the hall wall), which his crew was able to complete while the original work was being done. They covered all areas to be worked with tarps and were careful to clean up afterwards. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Don't Blink Painting.

The crew of four men arrived to time. They started at 9:00 a.m. and finished at 11:00 a.m. I should have given them more rooms to paint while they were working because I had several other rooms to paint including a bedroom and the bathroom but I was not totally prepared for a full crew. They worked very well and did a great job!

So i fist booked a painter for our new house based on a recommendation from a friend. The bid was reasonable so we went ahead with it. When we wanted him to do a more in the house the additional cost was outrageous. We got Myron's name from Angie's list and called him on a Saturday. We explained the situation and he said that he could come out monday to give a bid. I explained that we were moving in the following week and were hoping to have the painting done before. He called me back an hour later and said he could come out that same day and give a quote. Needless to say it was substantially lower than the other guy. Myron showed up with his crew on Monday morning to go over colors. They were amazing. The put down paper over all the floors and masked everything that wasn't going to be painted. Then they went to work they were done in four days. To make things even better they offered replace all the door knobs after the movers came in and perform touch up from the nicks of moving in. The quality was perfect.
