I wouldn't even consider using anyone else to do interior painting. (Since this is a condo, I don't have to consider the exterior painting.) Myron and his crew are pleasant, considerate, efficient, and clean. All employees are professional and polite, and the work they do is excellent. (I used to do my own painting, am very particular about the finished job, and am absolutely satisfied with the work this company does.

Myron and the foreman for our job, Rigo, were very easy to work with. They were up front, and willing to go along with a few minor changes during the project. His crew prepared the surfaces nicely and the paint looks great! This is an example of getting what you pay for - they aren't a budget price, but the painting was done in four days, and done well. Not surprisingly, there was a short 'finish-up" list at the end, and Myron had it all taken care of. There was a small amount of water damage to our laminate floor at some point later in the project and when we showed it to Myron at the end, he went out of his way to have his guys repair it with the extra pieces we had kept "just in case." What could have been an uncomfortable encounter (since neither Myron nor we saw it happen ) was handled professionally and courteously and Myron went out of his way to be sure we were content with the repair before he considered the job finished.

I am *so* glad I called Don't Blink Painting! They are truly professionals who do outstanding work. Rigo and his crew started the project immediately and finished the job in a timely manner. I had initially tried to do the wallpaper removal myself, with bad results. They cheerfully repaired my mistakes and removed all the wallpaper, then sealed the walls with an oil primer. Their attention to detail is impressive. They then re-textured the walls and painted the walls and vanity- I have a new bathroom! My Dad used to do professional painting, so I know what constitutes a high-quality job. They are absolute professionals who delivered excellence at a very reasonable price. I am very grateful and highly recommend them.

I hired Don't Blink Painting to paint our bathroom. I had started the whole renovation project myself but after removing texture from the walls, we had some trouble finishing the project on our own due to some personal schedule issues. But they were more than happy to finish it for me, where other companies wouldn't want to touch anything that someone else started. They did a great job in a professional timely manner if I ever need to hire a painter again I will definitely give them a call first.

Mr. Cabrera was able to give me a rough estimate of the cost of the job while he was at my house the very first time. He followed up the next day with a detailed estimate that was very close to his rough estimate. He and his workers were extremely polite, industrious, and capable. They were neat and always left the house completely tidy. Mr. Cabrera was very helpful with suggestions and was able to recommend an excellent general contractor when we discovered some dry-rot which needed to be fixed. He checked with me frequently to make sure I was happy with the work as it was in progress and he sent one man back after the work was finished to make a very close check on the quality of the painting and to touch up any areas that needed a little extra work. I would say that Mr. Cabrera's customer service ethic is excellent. I am 100% satisfied with the finished product and would unhesitatingly use Don't Blink Painting on any future work I need done.

Here?s a short report on a long story that?s yet to be concluded. I contracted Myron Cabrera, Don?t Blink Painting, to power wash my entire home, then paint the fascia and wrought iron railings on the porches and balconies. Although the bid was high, I went ahead, expecting top quality work. I?m so disappointed! Ishould have sent Myron home when he attempted to limit power washing to ?the eaves only,? instead of the entire house, as stated in the bid. The second problem was that he power washed after having prepped and primed all the railings ? when I asked about this, he gave several inconsistent answers. Although the contract verbiage relating to the railings stated, ?scrape and sand any loose paint,? a great deal of flaky, peeling paint was untouched and painted over. I pointed this out to him, so his crew re-did it. But, as shown in the photos (posted on Flickr, search "Myron Cabrera Don't Blink Painting") there are many areas where loose and rough paint remains. Worse, additional paint was applied so heavily that its wrinkled and sagging everywhere. Although he?d agreed that no spray would be used, a sprayer was used and got overspray on my solar panels. The final disappointment was the shoddy workmanship on my office door, adjacent to my desk. Having allowed the opportunity to return, while also exceeding the time to complete, I refused him a third chance and also refused to pay the balance until the solar panels were inspected and cleaned. Meanwhile, I sought the opinion of an industry expert and learned that my railings must now be removed and sandblasted before they can be repainted ? at a cost that far exceeds the original contract! When Myron was informed of all issues, he had a lawyer write to threaten lawsuit. I am disappointed, insulted, angry ? and I?ve wasted too much time with all the distraction. Is this truly Don?t Blink Painting? No, Don?t Believe It!

It worked out fine. They were able to finish up the job with no problem at all. They came and did the job for what was quoted. They did the job to our satisfaction.

Fast and efficient. Quick response to my request for an estimate and when I decided to schedule the job, they were able to come in and do the job within a few days. We had to match existing paint since only about 3 feet of my walls had been repaired and primed, the new paint matched exactly!

Myron and the crew did an incredible job painting the exterior of our property. At first I was a bit nervous using a painter that I found through Angies List without any referrals from family or friends, but after meeting Myron, I felt completely confident that he would do a good job and he did not disappoint. Myron is a full professional. He offered me a great price, he and his crew delivered on every promise; they were strict, kept everything clean, they were friendly, I didn't feel concerned about leaving them alone with all my doors open, and most importantly, my house looks perfect! We had totally neglected the exterior of our house for the past decade since we moved in. We needed plenty of repair work (damage to the front of the house where the gardeners trimmed hedges along with big bits of wood out of the wall, peeling paint, and more). Myron came in and took care of every single detail. They even sanded and varnished a wood door that we thought was beyind repair - it looks better now than when we originally got it. I warmly recommend Don?t Blink Painting and will definitely be using them again when we are ready to move on to the interior.

I contacted Myron for an estimate. He was prompt and courteous in that short dialogue. However, before progressing in the estimate process (on site consult or photos via email) I determined my current schedule would not allow for contracting this job out (will have to try DYI). However I did contact Myron again later that night (after business hours) with a problem that arose (from my lack of knowledge of how to DYI) and Myron was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful. He promptly returned my call (surprise!) and provided suggestions that will help me determine the next appropriate action on my part (and did not ask for any recompenses to do so). His generosity in this act speaks loads about his character and professionalism. When we do have painting needs in the future (when my schedule isn't so difficult) I will definitely seek his services at that time. Thanks Myron!!!

I'll say this for Myron: He is a man of his word. When a misunderstanding (on Myron's part) threatened the job I thought we had agreed on, Myron buckled down and came through with an alternative plan that had his crew painting my room one day earlier than expected, which worked out well for both of us. He was always very responsive to phone calls and texts. He arrived promptly when we arranged for him to see the place and give me a quote, and he gave me a very reasonable price. He was also there before me on the day of painting, which was a nice surprise after some of the other people I've dealt with in the recent past. Myron was there to help with the setup, and asked me if the protection he and his employee had laid down to protect my brand new carpet was sufficient, before his employee started painting. In about 3 hours, Myron's employee managed to apply two coats of paint, and finished the job nicely and quickly. The company really lived up to its "Don't Blink" name! I wouldn't hesitate to use Don't Blink Painting again, or recommend them to friends. You can rest assured that your project is in good hands when you hire Myron and his crew.

They were very flexible in working around my remodel, and getting the work done. They helped me determine paint colors, and finish up little things as they needed.

They did an excellent job. Myron oversaw the project extremely well. Superb communications. I will sing their praises!

Myron and his crew did a great job painting our kitchen, dining area, bedroom, and hall area leading to the master bathroom. In addition, they removed the popcorn from the bedroom ceiling and made certain that the textures of the ceilings throughout the entire condo were synonymous with one another. The quality of painting is wonderful, as was the friendliness of Myron and his crew. They were very accommodation and definitely wanted to make sure we were pleased every step of the way. The job was completed on time, and the quoted price did not vary. We are very happy with the results!

Myron came by as discussed to give us an estimate of the job. We had others and he was actually the lowest and timing was perfect for both sides as he was able to complete the job that same day. Others did not have availability till weeks out. Myron's staff was prompt and completed the job with no problems they were very professional. Myron also gave us a follow up call to check if everything turned out okay after the job was completed and the crew had left. Very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Excellent service, showed up on time and got the entire house painted in a day-and-a-half. They covered all of our furniture and floors with paper and plastic to protect everything from paint splatters, etc. They did an excellent job all-around. No wall paint on the ceilings, two coats on every wall. Very professional and polite.

This is the house my parents bought in 1959. It was originally about 1200 sq ft, but had two additions over the years that increased the size to just over 2000 sq ft. So there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed. Our real estate agent recommended Myron, so we asked him to come in for a walk-through to give his recommendations on what to fix up. He has done this a lot and worked with several realtors, so he has a good idea of what's the best way to fix up a house to sell it. He provided a list of his recommendations with a separate price listed for each item. Then we could decide whether we wanted him to do them, we could do them ourselves, or we would not do that item. We decided to save some money by doing some of the items ourselves, but left a significant number for him to do. In general, the job went well, but with any big job like this, there will be issues. When they (when I refer to "they", "he" or "them" it all means, Myron, Rigo - the main contact at the job, and their team) removed the wallpaper from one of the bathroom walls, the wall was wet behind it. We assumed a water leak and had him open the wall. We were correct. He was able to fix the leak, dry it out, kill the mold and seal it back up within a couple days. Obviously, this added to the cost, but it was reasonable. One of his best recommendations was to cover the 1950s formica counters in the kitchen with a product that makes it look almost like granite counters. It looks terrific. It took them a lot of work to get it right, and we were very glad we decided not to try it ourselves. It's a multi-step process that has to be done just right, or it will come out badly. It requires time between steps to "cure" and you can't put anything on it for several days after it's finished. All said, we were extremely happy with the outcome.

He said he got a lot of business from this deal, and he said I was out of his service area. He was very pleasant when we spoke.

Myron is a perfectionist.....nice to never have to make him do something over. He isn't cheap but he is worth it.

Excellent quality in interior painting, staining and restoration work

When I realized that the coupon was expired, I called them to see if they would still be able to honor the coupon. They told me to check with Angie’s List to make sure and I was told it was up to the vendor. I e-mailed them back to check in with them and they said they just couldn’t honor it at this time. They were responsive and I would look to use them in the future.

We were extremely pleased with Myron. He came when he said he would and was professional in manner. Myron is very pleasant. The quality of work very good. Everything started and finished when he said it would . We would certainly recommend Don't Blind painting.
