These people are the bottom of the barrel - they are scammers and do not stand behind their shoddy work. They also take advantage of older homeowners and after repeated requests for repairs to this below acceptable job they continue to evade and ignore the basic principles of taking care of the customer. We have tried many time to contact the "supposed" owner of Diamond Builders and after 4 weeks of over 15 attempts on a call he finally picked up and answered - he then gave an excuse that he was going into a meeting and would call back - lied and did not call back. Today I called from a different number and he did pick up - did not remember my call from yesterday and after repeating myself he did not recall the job that his company did here in Cardiff but promised to call back in 2 hours - of course there was no call back. The driveway is showing serious signs of breakdown and pitting as well as the paint peeling back - 2 times he sent out an inspector - once in Feb 14 and again in early June 14 and BOTH TIME THE INSPECTOR ADMITTED THAT THE JOB WAS IN NEED OF REPAIR and promised to send a crew and repair this quickly. This man David Noraini is classic as he avoids any type of customer service - refuses to answer the most simple of questions. Oh - you'll need to see and read the BOGUS reviews he has posted on YELP so BEWARE of THIS COMPANY as they are a SCAM OPERATION. Soon we'll face him in court with all our documentation and supporting evidence there is no question as to who will win the judgement here. Check out his web site - call his LA and SF office AND ask about his SD operation - you'll be very surprised at the responses. This is just the start to ALERT all SD Homeowners to PLEASE - PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT DAVID NORAINI states.

We were very impressed with the initial meeting with David Nuriani to discuss the project and decided to go forward with Diamond Home Builders. The designer listened to what our vision was for upgrading the kitchen. He also had great ideas and noticed little things that could be improved (for example, the sink was not centered on the window above it in the original kitchen and he made recommendations on how that could be changed). We decided to tile the entire lower level (kitchen, family room, and dining room) as well as the entry way with travertine instead of just the kitchen, after meeting with the designer--a decision we are very happy we made. The workers were always on time, if we wanted a day off they were happy to accomodate us. Of course it was dusty with all the demolition and cutting of tile, but the area was cleaned up at the end of each day. If we decided we needed an additional outlet, they were very flexible and happy to install as part of the project without additional cost. We were very impressed with the time that was taken to plan the tile layout and with the expertise used in laying the travertine. We had a floor to ceiling mirror in the dining room that needed to be taken down--they did that, repaired the wall and painted it. The other significant improvement was the addition of a gas line to the kitchen and a pocket door for the pantry so we can close it off when we want. They estimated our project would take about 5 weeks and they were right on with their estimate to the day. We love the new kitchen--cabinets and counter tops are perfect, love the travertine even more than we thought we would. And we really like cooking with gas! We definitely plan to use Diamond Home Builders when we are ready to do our next remodel project.
