DESIGNER GLASS & SHOWER

The mirror in one of the bathrooms started de-silvering. The company came out to look at it and agreed that the mirror had de-silvered and was defective. They removed the mirror in June 2011, and still, as of December 2011, have NOT brought back the mirror. The lights in that same bathroom mount on top of the mirror, so the bathroom has essentially been rendered unusable for the past six months. I have repeatedly called the company to find out when they will bring the replacement mirror. They simply say we'll check with the owner (Christine) and call me back. They never call back. Instead, I have had to call them again and again. Finally, after weeks of calling them, they set an appoint on December 19th to install the mirror. I explained to them that I travel a lot for work and I am currently on an assignment in northern CA, so I am delaying my trip north to be there for them to install the mirror. Two days before the installation, they called to tell me that they had double-booked the 19th and they would have to reschedule my appoint because their crews were not available. I (again) explained that I will be traveling for work but that I would return on the 23rd if they could do the installation at 4 PM. They left a message for me confirming that they would be here today (December 23rd) at 4 PM to install the mirror. They never called again and never showed up today, I flew home early from client's project to be here in time for this installation and they were a no-show. BTW: when they removed the old mirror. They apparently broke the mirror in my driveway. I found shards of mirror glass wedged in between the pavers in my driveway. They never even apologized for the terrible mess they caused. I've been picking mirror glass shards out of my pavers for months now.
