+ -1 moreThe designer did not seem to know her product very well. She did not leave us with a copy of our work and material invoice. After install the second day the power motor on one of the Windows stopped working. It took about two months and several phone calls to get the replacement motor. We will not use Decorview again.
Description of Work: Installed two power window treatment on two windows and three manual window treatment on three windows.

Description of Work: We installed shutters (I believe they are vinyl) in our two living room windows. One is very large and one is a smaller window in our entryway. I got quotes from two different companies and while Decorview may not have been the flashiest company, I greatly appreciated them for not trying to upsell me into their most expensive product. The installation was quick and easy and I'm very happy with the finished product.

+ -1 moreFrom the first contact to the final goodbye everybody from the telephone scheduling department to the installers were polite, considerate and helpful.
Description of Work: We had a wonderful designer named Albert come to the house to discuss carpet samples and pad. He measured each area and showed us exactly how he would seam each room. He had samples shipped to our house so we could determine what looked best. We ordered our carpet and within a couple weeks it was installed at our convenience.

+ -1 moreTHE DESIGN PERSON WAS FRIENDLY, FAIRLY PROFESSIONAL, AND WAS HELPFUL TO US WHEN MAKING OUR DECISIONS. HOWEVER, THERE WERE SOME COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS BETWEEN THE INSTALLER AND US AS FAR AS SCHEDULING WAS CONCERNED. THE ORDER, WHICH WAS PLACED IN MAY, AND FINALLY INSTALLED IN AUGUST, CONTAINED 5 OF THE TREATMENTS WHICH WERE INCORRECT, AND HAD TO BE RE-ORDERED. I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE FACT THAT THE DESIGNER AND INSTALLER FAILED TO EXPEDITE THIS, AND WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH AND A HALF TO RECEIVE THE RE-ORDERED SHADES. THE INSTALLER DID A GOOD JOB WHEN DOING THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION OF THE TREATMENTS;FAST AND ACCURATE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME TO OUR HOME WITH SAMPLES OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF WINDOW TREATMENTS, AND WERE HELPFUL IN OUR CHOOSING OF THE APPROPRIATE PRODUCTS, WHICH WERE THEN ORDERED, AND EVENTUALLY INSTALLED ACCORDINGLY.
