+ -1 moreHer quote was OK and she was very responsive to wanting to help me with my issue with the valances. She was on time to the appointment but what she wanted to do was not what I had in mind. I will use this company in the future.
Description of Work: I had them come out and do an evaluation. I was not happy with what they gave me. I needed them to rework some valances. I don't believe she had much experience with them and was suggesting things that were unnecessary.

+ -1 moreIt was hands down, the best experience that I could have hoped for. At no time did I feel awkward about asking any questions, defining my budget, expressing my lack of knowledge. Ms. Redden was extremely patient in getting the whole picture of what I hoped to accomplish which is having a casual, very comfortable home environment that is color and size coordinated with attention to balance between furniture and entertaining. She also was mindful of my cat in the choices of fabrics, etc. She made a seemingly overwhelming task mostly effortless on my behalf! I would highly recommend her services.
Description of Work: Initially, I had space planning services performed including a CAD design. Ms. Redden provided me options and was very attentive to detail in my specifications. I was very pleased with the layout that was provided so I proceeded with paint, furniture selection, and purchasing as well. Ms. Redden listens, but also nudged me in the right direction to achieve balance, size to scale, and the atmosphere(s) for each area of my residence while staying within or below my budget requirements.
