DATEL SYSTEMS INC KEARNY MESA

Attention all companies that care or support minorities in any way, do NOT DO ANY businesses with this company under any circumstance! This company only hires minority employees to use them for 3 months to complete short term contracts and fires them right after for false reasons! They ONLY keep the white employees and all of people promoted are white family and friends of the family who own this company! The worst part about it all is that they send out their minority employees to give out the impression that they care about diversity, but they fire all the minority employees as soon as they win the contract and replace them with the same racist white employees that they have held at the company for over 15 years! As if all of this was not enough, they then threaten their minority employees by telling them that they will deny their unemployment claims if they even think about filing a complaint or a lawsuit, which has ruined the lives of so many minorities with families who fell victim at the hands of these disgusting animals! It has been a never ending repetitive cycle that never ends, and I am disgusted to see how much money this company has made from minority customers who know nothing about this disgusting racism, sexism and fraud that takes place at this company! Not to mention that this company commits fraud by charging customers for used equipment and then saying it is brand new in the process. Then, they purposely underbid every company on a contract and made false claims about the certifications and talent they have just to win the contract, only to make excuses in the end and falsify documents just to keep the contract after that. This literally happened with a contract they had at Jamul School District less than 3 years ago that I personally witnessed and which I even tried to stop myself. But they never listened and even made constant jokes about the customer as if the customer was nothing but a clueless idiot whose money was there for the taking. I even tried to warn the customer directly with evidence, but it was too late and they could not do anything by then! I simply could not believe that this company had managed to stay in business this long as pulling all of that garbage! But they simply managed to blame everything at another company with a similar name as theirs and that is literally how they have managed to continue to scam the entire community without facing any consequences in the process! To top this all off, the sexist culture that exist in this company is beyond disgusting! Old white men do nothing but talk about the women they sleep with in front of other female coworkers, then they go off and shout at female coworkers as if they were animals! I always heard stories about racist and sexist companies, but I had never actually experienced in the more than 10 companies I worked for until I landed at this company! Now, I am trying to warn everyone of the abusive culture that takes place at this company becuase this is not what America represents and these people need to face accountability for their actions or else they will never stop! So if you are doing any business with this company, then you are essentially giving sexist and racist employees the chance to continue to ignore accountability and continue to engage in their disgusting abusive with no end in sight! Again, this entire complain is dedicated toward Datel Systems, which is a company that is based off San Diego and is locally owned by a racist white family from the city. The reason I bring this up is becuase there is another company called Datel, so this company always gets away with their behavior by blaming the other company even though the other company is England, not in America. this complaint is solely to the Datel Systems that is based in San Diego, CA and there is only one with that name is this entire state. So do not fall victim to their fraudulent games becuase this company has managed to exploit these excuses for multiple decades so that they could remain in business while they continue to rip off customers and fill the entire community with racist bigotry and abuse for far too many years! So it is time we put a stop to that disgusting barbaric behavior now or it will never end!

NO PROBLEMS, NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE USED THEIR SERVICES. SAME GOOD SERVICE CONSISTANTLY. EMPLOYEES WERE HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE TO MY PROBLEMS.

THEY HELPED ME DESIGN A PERSONAL COMPUTER TO MEET MY INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS. THE UNIT HAS WORKED VERY WELL FOR 3+ YEARS. I'M IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING THEM TO BUILD ME ANOTHER COMPUTER. THEY WILL BUILD PRETTY MUCH WHAT YOU WANT AND HOW YOU WANT IT. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THEIR ABILITY TO REPAIR THE COMPUTER, HOWEVER I COULD NOT AFFORD THE DOWNTIME OF HAVING MY COMPUTER SIT ON THEIR SHELF FOR SEVERAL DAYS UNTIL A TECH COULD GET TO IT, SO I HAD TO CONVINCE THEM TO PUT MY NAME ON THE SHELF IN PLACE OF MY COMPUTER, AND CALL ME WHEN IT WAS ABOUT READY TO BE LOOKED AT AND I WOULD DRIVE IT DOWN. THAT SEEMED TO WORK OUT FOR BOTH OF US, AFTER A LITTLE CONVINCING ON MY PART.
