+ -1 moreLisa was amazing. She referred an excellent painter to complete the work required to rent my property. She also provided excellent guidance through out the pre-rental process. It was amazing how quickly the work was completed and my home was rented. Below is the cost for repairs.
Description of Work: Lisa at D&M Realty and Management had someone come out and paint the inside of my home and repair a large crack in the ceiling. This was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. .

+ -1 moreI have been with D&M Property Management for 9 months now on the recommendation of a friend. Angie and Lisa walked me through everything I would need to get top rental dollar for my home, secured a tenant within 2 weeks at that price once my home was ready, and have taken care of any issues or repairs that come up in a prompt and efficient manner. Their monthly statements are professional and list out all charges with copies of all invoices so they are easy to follow. Angie knows the market; knows what sells; and knows how to find tenants while Lisa had a zest to stay on top of the many annoying little issues that came up getting my house ready. Costs were reasonable, especially for tenants staying more than 1 year. No up front fees. Money is taken from the first month's rent. Monthly maintenance fees after that are low. She also knows people to get jobs done. The painter was dirt cheap but did an outstanding job ... I could never have done as well on my own.
Description of Work: Provided how to get my property rented for top dollar and followed through getting a tenant
