Great! They were professional, on-time, and did a great job. They removed stains that the machine we rented from the grocery store couldn't.

Jason arrived early in the two hour window I was given and called in advance as requested to let me know he was on the way. He checked the areas to be cleaned and made comments about a couple of areas that may not clean as well. BVery honest and did not try to sell me additional services like other carpet cleaners I have tried in the past. In fact, when I asked him to pay particular attention to edges by baseboards he said he could spray the cleaner a bit closer and then suggested I wipe it down with a towel rather than pay for extra services he can do around the baseboards. He said they were not that bad to warrant the extra cost. He asked if there were any problem areas like pet stains. Suggested all windows be opened and fans turned on to get carpet dry faster. Reminded me to keep oriental rugs up for 24 hours so they don't absorb moisture from carpet. Jason did an excellent job explaining everything and what he was using to pretreat and how it would be removed from the carpet in the cleaning process. Carpet looks much better now that it is totally dry. I won't say great but that has more to do with carpet wear and age, not the cleaning, I think. Still see a bit of the traffic path between garage and kitchen, which is an area Jason noted. Everything else looks excellent. He was quick but thorough and careful around the few items of furniture that was too large to move. Note: we had pretty much removed everything that could be removed in advance of his arrival and I had thoroughly vacuumed the areas to be cleaned, including using a shop vac around all the baseboards and on the stairs. Service took just over an hour excluding set up and take down of machinery. Suggestions for company: get shoe covers for employees and as an added nice touch offer a couple sets to the client when leaving so they can walk on the carpets if necessary. Provide protection for wall corners where hoses go around them to protect painted surfaces from marks.

They got ~90% of dirt out of the couch , which was admittedly almost an impossible task. The guy who came out for service was punctual, friendly and thorough. He was also cautious as to how aggressive he attempted to clean the cushions. Overall, I think he did a great job.

I have been using this company for years. I'm a landlord and it is a blessing to be able to find a reputable company that does an amazing job, is very trustworthy, is on time and charges a fair price. The employees have all been very friendly and customer service oriented. I use D-Mac every time I have a vacancy and would highly recommend this company!

Very punctual and responsive. The worker was very professional. Carpets looked very good. Had trouble cleaning the sofa. He adjusted the price to reflect this. This was a very fair thing to do and much appreciated.

They were excellent. They picked it up and delivered to our new home.

I called the company asking for an estimate to clean 3 bedrooms and a hallway. They asked if the steps needed cleaning and I said no. They quoted me $80 and said they could come the next day between noon and 2pm. I hired them.

Both couches were pretty well "dogified" and looked so bad I was starting to regret having bought them. But I'd had trouble finding someone to clean them for a reasonable price. One of the big-name cleaning firms had quoted me $200 per couch, claiming they were upholstered in a delicate, luxury fabric, and even then he couldn't guarantee they would come clean. The carpeting--the only carpeting we have in our house precisely because of our dogs--had suffered a couple of accidents, too. It was also challenging finding someone who would come out to our rural location. But this company didn't balk at the address and quoted me only $40-$60 per couch. I ended up paying a little more, $20 I think, for a deodorizing treatment. The technician was prompt, friendly, courteous, speedy and found my off-the-beaten-path address even without calling for extra directions. I was very pleased with his work. Everything looks and smells practically new. I definitely will use this company again.

They were excellent as they picked up my carpets and returned them when they were finished. They didn t leave any stains on them at all. They do a really fast job too as it doesn t take them all week for them to get done with them.

Dano's picked up the rug and returned it approximately 2+ weeks later. Turnaround time was long, but their price was excellent compared to other cleaners, and it was convenient to have them pick up and drop off the rug, as it was too large for one person to handle alone.

The carpet looks great after the cleaning.

VERY NICE. I WAS HAPPY THAT THEY PICKED IT UP AND DELIVERED IT BACK. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO IT HERE AND I DID NOT REALLY HAVE A GOOD PLACE FOR THEM TO DO THAT. THEY CALLED TO ASK IF THEY COULD KEEP IT 2 EXTRA DAYS TO RE-DO IT AS A WINE STAIN DID NOT COME OUT TO THEIR SATISFACTION. VERY NICE PICK UP AND DELIVERY PEOPLE.

THEY NEVER TRY TO UPCHARGE ME. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT. THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS AT LEAST 10 YEARS.

I WAS REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY BY A CO-WORKER AND CALLED THEM ON THE PHONE TO ARRANGE CLEANING OF MY CARPET, AREA RUGS AND TWO COUCHES. I CALLED ON WEDNESDAY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE MY CARPET CLEANING FOR THAT SATURDAY WHICH WAS CONVENIENT TO MY WORK SCHEDULE. THEY SHOWED UP EARLY, WHICH ENDED UP BEING ALRIGHT, BUT COULD HAVE BEEN INCONVENIENT IF I HADN'T BEEN PREPARED. THEY SENT ONE GUY WHO CLEANED THE CARPET IN THREE BEDROOMS, A HALL AND MY LIVING ROOM. HE ALSO CLEANED TWO AREA RUGS AND TWO COUCHES AND CUSHIONS. HE DID A GOOD JOB AND WAS ONLY UNABLE TO REMOVE ONE SPOT. THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER SMALL CARPET CLEANING COMPANIES AND LESS THAN LARGER COMPANIES. THEIR PRICE FOR CLEANING MY AREA RUGS AND COUCHES WAS MUCH LESS THAN I HAVE PREVIOUSLY PAID OTHER COMPANIES FOR THE SAME JOB. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR MY CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING.
