Description of Work: Very professional and personable from initial contact to final install of our HD TV antenna. Little things make a difference... for example, I called on Thursday to request an estimate and site survey and was told I'd be called back on Friday by the tech to schedule the site survey. The tech was delayed and couldn't call until late Friday, so the office called me Friday morning to let me know about the delay so that I wouldn't be waiting or wondering. Not necessary but very considerate. Also, during the install the tech was very helpful in making sure we got all the channels we're supposed to in our area and that the channels came in well, as well as being very patient with us (e.g., our older Tivo is ridiculously slow with channel scanning). The final price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone, and although it was more than I was *hoping* to spend, it's a great VALUE-- especially since I know we'll recoup that money within a few months since we won't be paying for cable.
