First, everyone was very nice. I can't complain about their staff. Unfortunately, their prices are very high. Our builder used them to do the finish work on our new home. When it came to select a kitchen sink, we were shown a stainless steel model that was priced at $1075. While sitting in their showroom, I found similar models on my blackberry at another company for $275. When I asked about the significant price difference, I got a blank stare at first and then was told "the builder sets the prices". $800 difference and they probably get a wholesale discount?? I am afraid to price shop the difference on the flooring, I am sure we did not get a good deal. As we were leaving, we were told their prices were much better if we went to them directly. Seems somewhat questionable, but we gave them a try about 2 months later. We had accidentally used the wrong cleaner on our stone tile shower causing some damage. They came out and quoted us $120 to fix a 2x2 patch. We found a guy on craigslist who did it for $30. What gives? All the people were nice, professional. The work that they did perform was great. Unfortunately, their prices are out of line.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR DESIGNER, SHANNON DAVIES. SHE VERY PATIENTLY HELPED US TO SELECT TILE, CARPET AND VINYL OPTIONS FOR OUR NEW HOME. THOUGH WE GENERALLY KNEW WHAT WE WANTED, SHE TOOK THE TIME TO PUT TOGETHER DIFFERENT FLOORING PACKAGES THAT UTILIZED DIFFERENT MATERIALS AND PRICE RANGES.
