+ -1 moreI wasn't too happy with how I could reach them. The people I called were in Ohio and did not seem to know where I should call or go or anything. After I could not reset my remote control with their assistance, which was very nice but still didn't work. I told them that it had acted up before and they told me that it was the box that I needed to replace and to call them and they would bring one out. I spent 2 or 3 hours trying to get what I needed, but in the long run I did. They came out and brought a new remote control and it seems to be working fine. The man that came, he was real good and he explained it all and took care of it. Other Angie's list members should know to be patient.
Description of Work: I use Cox Solutions Store for the telephone and television HD box.
