Description of Work: I scheduled a delivery online. Someone called and asked if I had questions. No, I didn't. The box did not show up when scheduled. I called the next day. I had to give a credit card number to make the reservation valid. Except no one told me that. I rescheduled and there was another problem. I selected another vendor.

+ -1 moreWe had no concern about the pod stored at their facility. Having pods made our re-modeling easier. The pods were placed exactly where we asked. Each driver were capable, efficient and professional.
Description of Work: We needed 2 pods. PODS delivered and picked up each pod as they were packed.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. They were very prompt; they said they would be there at a certain time and then they were there. I was in a process of moving and then once I got relocated, I made and appointment and then once again they were very prompt. They said they would be here at about 10 o'clock and then they were here about that time. I moved in to a mobile home park and there were some restrictions about having things on the streets so I made an arrangement for them to deliver the box. I had them help me pick everything out of the box, so they could pick it up in a few hours and they were prompt in coming back and picking it up. So it was a very pleasurable experience.
Description of Work: I used Cool Box Portable Storage. They delivered a box and then I put stuff in it and then they picked it up.
