Description of Work: Randy Kelsey and Concrete Coating Specialists are local specialists in the Sundek deck coating. Our pool is over 40 years old and has always had a Sundek finish. We have resurfaced the Sundek a few times over the years and we like this particular coating because it makes the concrete cool to walk on in bare feet, looks great and lasts a long time. We called Randy who came out in March to give us an estimate and discuss options for scheduling and coordinating a Sundek maintenance re-seal as part of our pool replastering (done by Gardner Pool). Randy advised us that it would be best if his crew came after all the pool replastering was completed. I called him during the replastering for his advice, and he came out during the replastering to see the progress and estimate when his crew could start. On July 14 the Sundek crew arrived and completed the following: |1. power washed the deck to remove dirt, loose pieces & peeling areas; |2. removed and replaced the existing Deck-o-Seal; |3. applied urethane to the existing cracks; |4. applied two coats of Sundek Finish coat. |The crew was efficient and careful. The new deck looks wonderful and they did an excellent job. We will call Randy and CCC the next time we need the deck repaired or resealed. |

Description of Work: Prepare existing Sundek (www.Sundek.com) surface for repair and reseal. Remove loose, bubbling, or lifting areas - pool is built on major fill area, both pool and decking are subject to minor, but continuing ground shifting and settling. Remove and replace Deck-O-Seal (expansion joints) around pool. Apply 2 coats of Sundek to the existing decking at pool, kitchen and side yard.
