Description of Work: The designer who planned the glass installation did not allow for the roughness of the tiles; did not take into account the shower head, so the door hits the shower head; did not allow for the handle length, so the handle hits the wall and the door doesn't open fully; and promised installation within two weeks. I paid the full amount the next day, however, the company still didn't order the material for another week, then informed me that it was a two week delivery from the manufacturer. They also do not schedule the installation until they have the material in hand, and then it's a minimum one week between their receipt, and the earliest installation date available. Thus, it was five weeks before it was installed. When I questioned all the issues above, the company's owner told me I was lying; the salesman/designer also called me a liar. During one phone conversation, his business partner yelled at me to shut up, and refused to listen to my attempt to tell him why I was unhappy with the delays.

+ -1 moreWhile renovating our bathroom our contractor went with Comprehensive Glass Works for the shower door. They gave 4 days time frame. It took them 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks I had to call them multiple times to figure out what was going on. Twice I was told they would get back to me and never did. Then finally I was told the first glass came in but wasnt correct (or damaged?) so they had to send it back. They then complained to the contractor that I was upset and calling them. Finally they came to fix the shower glass. I noticed later that there were cracks in the grout. The tile guy told me that it was caused during installation of the shower glass
