Complete Floor Care

Don was fantastic for us. We had a small pipe leak that lasted for a couple of weeks, and as a result had a wet spot on our carpet. It was a clean water leak, fortunately, and we were prepared to have that section of carpet replaced to remove any organic growth that resulted from the water. I contacted Don late one afternoon, and he was able to come by to take a look the next day (a Friday), in the morning. He came and assessed the moisture using a tool to detect water, mapped out the extent of the wetness, and then gave me his professional opinion that the carpet didn't really need to be replaced (since it was a small leak). He very quickly cut through the carpet, pulled up the wet carpet pad, and then brought out a fan blower to dry out the area. He instructed me to leave it on for the next two days, and he would come back on Monday to finish the job. He came back Monday, replaced the carpet pad, repaired the cut in the carpet he had made (in addition to a poorly done cut made by the plumber who fixed the slab leak), and then proceeded to clean the area using environmentally friendly cleaners. He was very fast, and performed quality work. He performed all of this with a pleasant disposition as well. He was great to work with.
